Jiang Xie, a policeman from Hefeng Police Station of fengjie county Public Security Bureau, who was sitting in front of the reporter, couldn’t help himself, so don’t turn away and gently wipe his tears from time to time.

On November 8th, Yuan Hua, a 28-year-old policeman from Hefeng Police Station of fengjie county Public Security Bureau, was killed in a traffic accident while handling a case.

"He used his actions to interpret the responsibility and responsibility of the police again and again." In retrospect, Yuan Hua’s colleagues, family members, classmates and people who had been helped by him praised the post-90s policeman in succession.

Sudden bad news

Knocked down in a pool of blood while handling a case

"He fell in front of me and shouted his name over and over again …" Recalling the bad news on November 8, Jiang Xie choked several times.

At noon on November 8, fengjie county Hefeng Police Station cracked a burglary case and arrested the suspect. When the suspect was taken back to the police station, there were only Huang Haijun, Jiang Xie, deputy directors on duty, and Yuan Hua, who was taking a lunch break.

"The thief stole 1,300 yuan from a low-income family, which is a’ huge sum’ for the low-income family, so we want to close the case as soon as possible." Jiang Yi recalled that in order to speed up the handling of cases and fully collect fixed evidence, Yuan Hua voluntarily gave up his rest after learning the situation and immediately joined the work of interrogating criminal suspects until the trial was completed at 5 pm. Subsequently, they decided to work overtime to carry out on-site identification work.

"Huang took me and Yuan Hua and took the suspect to the vicinity of the stolen people’s home to let the suspect identify the scene." Jiang Xie told reporters that criminal suspects usually have to take three sets of photos when identifying the scene: one is how to enter the crime scene, the other is how to commit the crime scene, and the third is how to escape from the crime scene.

The first two groups of photos were taken smoothly, and the accident occurred when the third group of photos was taken-Yuan Hua was taking photos by the roadside, and suddenly an off-road vehicle came from the back and knocked him to the ground.

"When I saw Yuan Hua being knocked down, I rushed over and found that he was so painful that he couldn’t speak and his head was bleeding." Jiang Xie said that Huang Haijun, deputy director of the police car, immediately dialed 120, while he was lying beside Yuan Hua, constantly calling Yuan Hua’s name, trying to keep him awake.

Ten minutes later, the ambulance rushed to the scene, carrying Yuan Hua to fengjie county People’s Hospital. However, the repeated calls of comrades-in-arms failed to call back this young life-Yuan Hua finally died in glory because of ineffective rescue.

Four years as a policeman

Outstanding performance has been commended many times.

"The child can bear hardships very much, and he has been conscientious. He is responsible for the investigation work, and he has participated in all criminal cases investigated by the institute …" Recalling the past work with Yuan Hua, Huang Haijun interrupted the conversation several times to calm his emotions.

Being a policeman is Yuan Hua’s dream. He volunteered for the college entrance examination and directly applied to the police academy. In August 2017, after graduating from the police academy, Yuan Hua successfully passed the entrance examination and became a policeman of Hefeng Police Station in fengjie county. From traffic management to case investigation, from visiting investigation to dispute mediation, from household registration to community policing … He has done almost all the work of the police station.

Last September, a series of car batteries were stolen in Hefeng Township, which was investigated by Yuan Hua. In just two days, he arrested the suspect and recovered 17 car batteries, saving more than 10,000 yuan for the masses. "From information research to successful arrest of criminal suspects, he has clear thinking and dares to work hard, which not only shows the spirit of struggle that is not afraid of hardship, but also reflects the excellent skills of’ training’." Huang Haijun said.

Xiao Hongbo, deputy magistrate of fengjie county and director of the Public Security Bureau, said that Yuan Hua, who came from the countryside, has been working very hard. He joined the police for four years. He is conscientious and down-to-earth, and he is not afraid of hardships and hardships. He has rapidly grown into the business backbone of the institute and is also a "good seed" trained by the county bureau. Chen Fadong and Yuan Hua got to know each other because of their family discord, which led to the suicide of their 12-year-old daughter Xiaoyue (a pseudonym).

One day in April this year, after witnessing her parents quarreling, Xiaoyue had suicidal thoughts and was ready to throw herself into the river, which happened to be discovered by the passing people and reported to the police. After Yuan Hua and Zhang Haijun received the police, they immediately rushed to the scene of the incident by the Moxi River, and found that Abortion had reached the middle of the river, and the river had flooded Abortion’s cheek.

"At that time, the situation was urgent. I saw Yuan Hua running all the way rushing into the river and didn’t even have time to take off his shoes." The villagers recalled that fortunately, the Moxi River was not deep, and Yuan Hua successfully rescued the little girl ashore.

See abortion has always said nothing, Yuan Hua can not consider of many, has been with the little girl to enlighten, until the little girl was sent back to her father Chen Fadong. Before he left, Yuan Hua did not forget to charge Chen Fadong to communicate with his daughter.

In June this year, the villagers broke up with their girlfriend, and the families of both sides had conflicts over the return of the bride price. Yuan Hua community visited and learned about the situation, and organized the two sides to mediate many times, earnestly and patiently elaborated, and finally facilitated the reconciliation between the two sides. Afterwards, I excitedly took Yuan Hua’s hand to a father and said, "Xiao Yuan, thank you. Without you, I don’t know how much trouble it would be."

On July 8 this year, heavy rainfall caused many sections of Heming Road in Hefeng Township to collapse. At about 17 o’clock in the afternoon, Yuan Mou, a villager, accidentally rolled down the slope and was injured when driving a motorcycle through a landslide area.

After receiving the alarm, Yuan Hua quickly came to the scene with rescue equipment. In the face of the rocks that may fall at any time, he jumped down the hill to rescue the injured Yuan, and drove the police car to clear the way and sent him to the hospital for treatment.

According to statistics, Yuan Hua has participated in various dispute mediation and emergency rescue missions for more than 100 times in the past four years, winning praise from the masses.

"Yuan Hua, you are the pride of the post-90 s police. You use your life to honor the oath of entering the police and devote yourself to the lofty people’s public security cause; You have kept your short life forever in the youth of Fanghua, and left your struggle forever in the poem city Fengjie.
