The most commendable thing is that the network allows us to gain the emotional resonance of the biggest crowd, so that we can perceive the world and ourselves to the maximum extent.

Peng Jianming believes that to build a media communication system, we must formulate a clear strategic development plan with clear priorities, and fully expand new fields on the basis of consolidating traditional advantages.

　　Peng Jianming said that the Central Radio and Television General Station has accumulated strong leading power, communication power and influence in the field of radio and television, but there is still much room for the development of new media. Therefore, the strategy of integrating media construction at the present stage is "paying equal attention to the network, giving priority to the network background and mobile". On the basis of continuing to consolidate the traditional advantages of radio and television, more high-quality content, advanced technology, professional talents and project funds will be gathered on the Internet and tilted towards the mobile side, and efforts will be made to create a new media platform with independent control and strong influence.

　　Peng Jianming further introduced the development path of differentiation and division of new media platforms in the main station, and the leap-forward development of each platform in recent years. At present, Central Video, the first national-level 5G new media platform launched by the General Station, has downloaded 500 million, and the cumulative number of active users has exceeded 200 million, and the number of daily users has exceeded 20 million. CCTV has made great efforts to build a multi-terminal communication system of "big screen+medium screen+small screen+account", covering more than 2 billion users worldwide. CCTV News strives to build the first brand of new media live broadcast and the first platform of news short video, with a user scale of over 900 million.

Peng Jianming said that to deepen the integration and communication of media, we must adhere to the fundamental principle of integrity and innovation. Keeping the right is the foundation of mainstream public opinion and advanced culture; Innovation is to spread mainstream public opinion with new thinking, new strategies and new means, and realize the value of media integration.

Peng Jianming pointed out that in recent years, the operating income of the main station has reached a record high, and the development of new media has increased exponentially, among which the magic weapon is to be honest and innovative.

Peng Jianming pointed out that to build a good network ecology, we must persistently control network chaos. From the perspective of human nature, we should gain insight into the root causes of chaos and seek a cure.

　　In Peng Jianming’s view, there are many reasons for all kinds of network chaos, and the roots behind all the reasons are related to human nature. In this regard, Peng Jianming said that to rectify network chaos, we must grasp the management discretion, make accurate judgments on various problems, and on this basis, formulate system supporting rules and establish strict access, exit and punishment mechanisms. Only through the joint efforts of many parties and grasping the guiding principle of "keeping integrity and innovating" can we cure the symptoms and achieve long-term stability of the network.
