During the epidemic season, it is recommended to actively vaccinate Covid-19 vaccine.

At present, it is the season of high incidence of respiratory diseases, and a variety of respiratory diseases are intertwined. A few days ago, National Health Commission held a press conference, calling on the masses to be active, proactive and vaccinated as soon as possible. On December 15th, the reporter interviewed experts from the Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and made an exclusive interview on vaccination related issues in Covid-19.

According to the experts of disease control, at present, the spread of Covid-19 among people still exists, and the whole country is in a sporadic state, and Covid-19 XBB mutant has become the main epidemic strain in China. A few days ago, in the "Work Plan for Vaccination of Covid-19 for Key Populations in the Near Future" issued by the Comprehensive Group of the State Council Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism, it was suggested that key populations such as the elderly should be vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccine according to conditions, and the vaccine containing XBB mutant antigen was recommended first. People who meet the following two conditions can be vaccinated:

Si Yuan, deputy director of the Institute of Immunization Planning of the Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, said: "First, the elderly aged 60 and above or the people aged 18 to 59 with serious basic diseases, people with low immune function and people with high risk of infection. Second, the basic immunization has been completed or Covid-19 has been infected. The preventive effect of vaccine can be divided into several levels, such as preventing infection, preventing illness, preventing severe illness and preventing death. At present, the effect of Covid-19 vaccine in preventing severe illness and death is very significant, which is also the main reason why vaccination is being promoted all over the world. "

At present, it has been nearly a year since the last round of large-scale Covid-19 infection in most people. The antibody level produced after infection or vaccination gradually decreases with time. At the same time, because of the immune escape caused by virus mutation, the risk of serious illness and death is high for high-risk groups such as the elderly and those with serious basic diseases. Therefore, it is suggested to reduce the disease harm through vaccination. In addition, the interval between vaccination in Covid-19 and other vaccinations is at least 14 days.

"Combined with the World Health Organization’s (WHO) recommendation on simultaneous vaccination of Covid-19 vaccine and influenza vaccine, according to China’s technical guidelines for influenza vaccine vaccination, people aged 18 and above can be vaccinated with inactivated influenza and Covid-19 vaccine at different parts at the same time. With regard to vaccination fees, the vaccination of Covid-19, a key population, is still carried out in accordance with the previous regulations, and the policy of free vaccination for residents and willingness to take it up is implemented. Influenza vaccine is a non-immunization program vaccine, and residents’ vaccination follows a voluntary and self-funded policy. "

Data News: "Bawei" or the strongest typhoon landing in Northeast China in history?

China Meteorological News reporter Su Jessie Wang Meili

Expert Consultant: Zhou Guanbo, Senior Engineer of Central Meteorological Observatory

This year’s No.8 typhoon "Bawei" was generated in the sea east of Taiwan Province at 8: 00 on August 22nd, and then it will land in the coastal areas from eastern Liaoning to western Korea on the morning of August 27th (typhoon level, 12-13, 33-38m/s). If it lands in Liaoning, "Bawei" may become the strongest typhoon that landed in Liaoning since 1949.

Is it rare for a typhoon to land in Northeast China? What are the characteristics? Let’s find out from the typhoon big data since 1949.

There has been no typhoon landing in Northeast China in recent 15 years.

Among the typhoons (including tropical depression) that landed in China from 1949 to 2020, 13 landed in Northeast China, but no typhoon landed in Northeast China in the past 15 years since 2005.

Of the 13 typhoons that landed in Northeast China, all landed in Liaoning. This is because only Liaoning has a coastline, and its geographical location directly determines that it is the most windy province among the three northeastern provinces.

A typhoon that has landed in the northeast since 1949. Zhao Miao cartography

Typhoons in the north are not uncommon, and most of them are "second-hand"

In the 70 years since 1949, only one typhoon "Helen" landed in Northeast China with the intensity above tropical storm, and the other three landed in the form of tropical depression. "Helen" landed in zhuanghe city, Dalian, Liaoning Province on August 4, 1964. The maximum wind force in the center was 9, and the wind speed reached 23 meters per second.

Because the typhoons going northward are mostly "second-hand" or "third-hand", in terms of intensity, they have basically exhausted their energy when they go northward, so the intensity of landing is generally at the tropical storm level, and some can reach the strong tropical storm level.

Judging from the landing time, typhoons heading north are mostly concentrated in late July and August. This is mainly because the subtropical high is located in the south from June to July, and the typhoon path generated at this time is mostly westward; In August, the subtropical high moved northward, which was beneficial for the typhoon to move northward along the west side of the subtropical high after its formation, thus affecting the northeast region; After September, the subtropical high began to retreat to the south, and the probability of typhoon going north would be much reduced.

Where did the typhoons go in August?Zhao Miao cartography

A typhoon that does not land in the northeast can also "beat cattle" across the mountain.

In addition to the typhoons that landed in Northeast China, there are also some typhoons that have brought great wind and rain impacts to Northeast China.

In 2012, Typhoon No.15 "Blavin" moved mainly in the northwest in the early stage, and then moved mainly in the north direction after entering the northern part of the East China Sea. After landing in Korea, it entered Jilin and Heilongjiang in China on August 29th. On the way to the north, it was combined with cold air. From August 27 to 29, the rainfall in central Heilongjiang, central Jilin, central and eastern Liaoning and eastern Shandong Peninsula was 100 to 150 mm. Strong winds of magnitude 7 ~ 9 have also appeared in inland areas such as central and eastern Liaoning, central Jilin and central and eastern Heilongjiang.

Track Map of Typhoon Blavin No.15 in 2012

On the afternoon of September 7, 2019, after the No.13 typhoon "Lingling" landed in North Korea as a typhoon, it moved into Jilin at 2100 hours as a tropical storm, and then quickly moved north. From September 6th to 8th, due to the influence of Lingling, heavy rain and local heavy rain occurred in the central and eastern parts of Northeast China. The local area of Lanxi, Heilongjiang Province was 233 mm, and the daily rainfall of 26 stations in Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning exceeded the historical extreme in September since the establishment of the station. There are 7 ~ 9 gusts in Shandong Peninsula, northern Liaoning and Liaodong Peninsula, central and eastern Jilin and central and eastern Heilongjiang, and 10 ~ 13 gusts in northeastern Jilin and southeastern Heilongjiang.

Route Map of Typhoon Lingling No.13 in 2019

In addition, Typhoon Winnie No.11 in 1997, Typhoon Lion Mountain No.10 in 2016 and Typhoon Wambia No.18 in 2018 also brought great influence to Northeast China.

Typhoon heading north is easy to combine with cold air to cause heavy precipitation.

  Typhoon northward has obvious characteristics:

First of all, as the typhoon moves northward, it may combine with cold air on the way northward, and the intersection of cold and warm air will cause heavy precipitation.

Secondly, the northbound typhoon may go through a process of "degeneration". The "denaturation" mentioned here refers to changing the nature, and some northbound typhoons will change from tropical cyclones to temperate cyclones. During the northward movement of typhoon, it was influenced by cold air and the decrease of sea surface water temperature, and its central temperature field was no longer a warm core structure, and its low-pressure center changed from vertical to inclined with the height change, so its nature has changed, and the warm and humid air brought by tropical cyclone itself changed into precipitation produced by combining with cold air.

Thirdly, due to the long coastline in the east of China, the path of some typhoons going northward is along the offshore of China, which may have an impact on the eastern coastal areas of China. Compared with typhoons landing in South China, more provinces will be affected.

Because there is relatively little experience in typhoon prevention in the northern region, the public should take safety defense measures, pay attention to forecast and early warning information in time, and be prepared for strong winds and heavy rainfall. Coastal areas should pay attention to the impact of storm surge. Liaoning and other places are alert to the occurrence of secondary disasters, and the meteorological risk of floods in small and medium-sized rivers in the lower reaches of Liaohe River and Yalu River tributaries is high. In addition, strong winds may also cause crops to lodging and damage agricultural greenhouses, which will have a certain impact on agriculture and need to be prevented in advance.

Can freshly made drinks be delicious and healthy?

At 8: 30 in the morning, Xiaohua (pseudonym), who is engaged in word work, started her day’s work. In order to alleviate the anxiety at work, she will order a cup of milk tea two or three days a week. "Compared with bottled drinks, the freshly made milk tea tastes better, with more choices and faster updates, and the process of choosing ingredients and sweetness is also very enjoyable." In Xiaohua’s eyes, "this is the sense of life ceremony of contemporary young people."

There are not a few young people like Xiaohua, and their pursuit is not unrelated to the rapid development of the existing beverage industry. Among them, new tea brands with tea, fruit and milk as the main raw materials are emerging one after another. According to the "2022 New Tea Research Report" published by China Chain Store & Franchise Association, by the end of 2022, there were 486,000 new tea shops nationwide. At the same time, however, the opacity and low standardization of the types and dosages of additives in existing beverages have repeatedly attracted attention.

So, what are the attractions of ready-made drinks? How to balance "good drink" and "health"?

  1. Unknown composition: the hidden worry behind "freshness"

The history of beverages has a long history. As soon as mankind entered the door of civilization, it was no longer satisfied with just taking water as the object of daily drinking. As early as thousands of years ago, beer fermented from surplus grain has stimulated the taste buds of ancestors in Egypt and the two river basins. In ancient Greece and Rome on the Mediterranean coast, wine became a standard on the tables of dignitaries. In modern times, drinks made of tea, coffee, cocoa and other plants have reached every corner of the world with the sails of European and American navigators. With the development of industrialization, the preparation of beverages has entered the era of assembly line. While the types are extremely rich, there are also different "schools" such as making, selling and prepackaging, which meet the preferences and needs of different beverage lovers with their own characteristics.

In today’s fast-paced era, different lovers have given their own answers to the attraction of ready-made drinks.

"I drink coffee almost every day, order takeout on weekdays and go to coffee shops on weekends." Jiu Li (pseudonym), who has been drinking coffee for many years, said, "Besides refreshing myself, coffee can create a working state for me psychologically, just like reading in the study room is more efficient than at home."

"For me, milk tea may be something that is not so daily, but it is relatively easy to get. I will have a little satisfaction psychologically, but buying bottled drinks will not feel this way." Xiaohua added.

"The most attractive thing about the existing drinks is that they are fresh. I feel that there should not be so many preservatives." Cedar (pseudonym), who drinks milk tea every week, said, "And the frequency of new products and joint models will be higher, which will better satisfy curiosity."

Freshness, atmosphere and instant satisfaction … … Speaking of the charm of ready-made drinks, respondents mostly talked about the above points. In the interview, most interviewees also said that when ordering ready-made drinks, they usually choose sugar-free, mostly because they don’t like sweet food, prefer original flavor and worry about gaining weight. It is not difficult to see that while drinking, young consumer groups also attach great importance to health.

"In fact, I am a person who cares about the health of food ingredients, but once I have emotional problems, I will still get used to a drink." Although you will try to choose a style that is sugar-free and simple in ingredients when you buy it, there are still some changes in the weight and sleep of Xiaohua after several years.

"I occasionally meet some patients with dyslipidemia, especially girls. During the dietary survey, I found that she may not like meat, but she likes to drink milk tea." Xu Yingxia, deputy director of the Clinical Nutrition Department of Beijing Tiantan Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University, said, "In fact, the calories and sugar contained in drinks such as milk tea are not low."

"I care more about food ingredients, and I hope that ready-made drinks can also be marked." Cedar added.

  2. Different standards: gradually disclosed ingredients

What is the calorie of a cup of milk tea? What are the ingredients in the cup? Are the standards of sugar content uniform in different tea shops?

"I led students to do a small survey four years ago, and found that the quality control of these ready-made drinks is not good. Different people in the same store may have a lot of differences in the grasp of 3-point sugar and 7-point sugar. During the test, I also found that a 3-point sugar drink added more sugar than a half-sugar drink in the same store." Xu Yajun, deputy dean of Peking University School of Public Health and professor of the Department of Nutrition and Food Hygiene, said in an interview, "Different tea shops ‘ 3 cents sugar ’ The sugar content is also very different, which may be one of the reasons why it is not easy to clearly label the sugar content of existing drinks. "

"Actually, I don’t recommend that you drink milk tea often, because you don’t know what you are drinking." Xu Yingxia said, "Bottled drinks will at least be marked with specific ingredients and know what is inside. But milk tea is generally not marked. "

At present, there are clear regulations on the contents of labels in prepackaged foods, which require that the food name, ingredient list, net content, allergenic substances and so on be clearly written, but there are no hard and fast regulations on the foods that are made and sold now.

"There have been similar attempts by catering brands before, but the effect is not ideal. For example, if a restaurant makes a kung pao chicken, how do you label the nutrients? There are still some implementation problems. " Kai Zhong of Kexin Food and Health Information Exchange Center suggested starting from the upstream of the industrial chain.

"For example, the final finished product is not easy to make specific provisions, but the raw materials it uses can be supervised. Fruits should have the procurement standards for fruits, milk should have the procurement standards for milk, and the amount of additives should be standardized, and they must be purchased through formal channels. Supervise the front end, no matter how the merchants match within a safe range, the finished product is unlikely to have big problems. " Kai Zhong said.

Nowadays, existing beverage brands pay more and more attention to the health of ingredients. Some brands slogan "real milk", "real tea" and "real sucrose", while others emphasize the use of healthy natural sweeteners. For example, recently, a tea brand announced the calories and nutrients of six products through official accounts.

"Labeling the ingredients will make consumers drink more clearly, which is worth promoting." However, Xu Yajun said frankly, "Before labeling, the relative amount of the whole production process needs to be added ‘ Standardization ’ Otherwise, the number written on the label is meaningless. "

  3. The intake is controllable: the standardization process is accelerated.

Ready-made drinks are inseparable from manual operation, and once manual operation is involved, it is difficult to be as accurate as a machine at all times.

Among the interviewees, Cedar once had the experience of working in a chain of new tea brand stores. According to her introduction, "I will receive a list when I first go to work, which contains the preparation process of various beverages. There are specific requirements for how much each ingredient should be put. What I need to do is to memorize and operate strictly according to the process. At present, the large-scale chain brands, stores prepare a drink, the personal operation space is actually not that big, and the degree of standardization is still higher."

The reporter checked the relevant national standards and found that they included GB/T10789-2015 General Principles for Drinks, GB7101 National Standard Drinks for Food Safety, GB2759-2015 National Standard Frozen Drinks and Materials for Food Safety, GB2760-2014 National Standard for Food Safety, and GB14880-2012. Take the sweetener aspartame as an example. According to the current national standards, it is allowed to be added to six kinds of drinks, such as fruit and vegetable juice (pulp) drinks and protein drinks. The maximum dosage is 0.6g/kg, and the dosage of solid drinks is increased according to the dilution multiple. However, as a separate category, there is no special national standard yet, and the supervision of this category is mostly carried out with reference to the above standards.

"The General Principles for Drinks was put forward by China Beverage Industry Association, which is mainly aimed at prepackaged beverages, and the ready-made beverages are not in this." Kai Zhong explained, "Strictly speaking, the category of ready-made beverages is actually regarded as the catering industry. As long as it is operated by people, it is difficult to standardize it 100%. However, for example, the dosage of whole sugar, semi-sugar, less sugar, whether to use sugar or sweetener, etc., relatively unified standards can be established within the enterprise and even within the industry to avoid the situation that the semi-sugar in one store is sweeter than the whole sugar in another store. "

Although there is no national standard, in recent years, in view of the rapid development of the existing beverage industry, different social groups have put forward group standards for the industry to abide by. In December 2019, China Cuisine Association took the lead in publishing the group standard T/CCA 009-2019 "Code of Practice for Ready-made Drinks", which stipulated the definition, classification, facilities, equipment and raw materials, and food additives of ready-made beverages. In March, 2021, Fujian Chain Store & Franchise Association issued the group standard T/FJCFA 0001-2021 "Ready-made Milk Tea". Subsequently, the Cross-Strait Tea Industry Exchange Association issued the "Group Standard for Tea Beverage Series", which clarified the scope, requirements and inspection rules of five types of products, such as freshly made milk tea and freshly made milk cover tea. The requirements further subdivided specific indicators such as microbial limit, pollutant limit and food additives. In recent years, China Chain Store & Franchise Association has successively issued group standards such as Terms and Classification of Ready-made Tea, Guidelines for Food Safety Self-inspection of Ready-made Tea Stores, and the standardization process of the ready-made beverage industry is gradually accelerating.

"Generally speaking, processed foods are not as good as natural foods, especially those that remind pregnant women and children to use with caution. I suggest you control your intake." Xu Yingxia said, "A few times a week or a month is enough."

The chaos of Foxconn’s centralization: the beginning of the "bribery door" case

The empire of Guo Taiming, chairman of Hon Hai Group (2317.TW, known as "Foxconn" in mainland China), is experiencing the torment of "bribery door".

When the successive incidents of jumping off buildings made Hon Hai Group a public focus, new troubles "patronized" Hon Hai. Recently, the news that Hon Hai Group broke the news that high-level officials were suspected of asking for bribes from suppliers was disclosed by the media. Regarding the media reports, Hon Hai Group claimed that most of them were not true, and promised to disclose them within one month.

However, according to the China Business News reporter’s exclusive knowledge from authoritative sources, the mainland police accidentally seized the criminal fact of Deng Zhixian, director-general and manager of SMT(Surface Mount Technology) Technical Committee of Hon Hai Group during the handling of the case, which also triggered a wave of anti-corruption in Hon Hai Group.

Why did this "bribery door" trigger? Why are there loopholes in Hon Hai’s seamless procurement management system? After nearly a month of continuous investigation, our reporter tried to peel away the layers of fog.

The suspect "shakes" out of the "bribery door"

In 2012, Deng Zhixian’s SMT involved a purchase amount of up to 10 billion yuan, and Deng Zhixian, who has been in charge of SMT for many years, has therefore become an important part of the "supply" of various suppliers.

"Deng Zhixian’s fall is very accidental." On January 24, 2013, the reporter learned exclusively from an authoritative insider: "He was reported by a person involved in other cases and was controlled by the mainland police."

Deng Zhixian, who is in his fifties, is the director-general and manager of SMT(Surface Mount Technology) Technical Committee in Hon Hai Group. According to the reporter’s understanding, in addition to Deng Zhixian’s arrest, several cadres of the Technical Committee were assisted in the investigation, and Liao Wancheng, a former senior vice president of SMT and vice chairman of the SMT Technical Committee, did not know where to go because he was closely related to the case.

It is reported that Hon Hai Group has more than 30 technical committees, which are responsible for procurement and project audit in a certain professional field. In addition to SMT technical committee, there are IE (production engineering) technical committee, automation technical committee and institutional product technical committee. The personnel of these technical committees have certain decision-making power in procurement.

A person familiar with the operation of Hon Hai Group’s Technical Committee revealed that the role of the Technical Committee in procurement is similar to the "expert committees" of many domestic bidding centers. When it comes to the production technology and production technology in the professional field, it is necessary for the Technical Committee to review the rationality of the product production technology.

It is this system design that invisibly gives Deng Zhixian and other key people of the Technical Committee the core purchasing power. It is reported that in 2012, the purchase amount of SMT where Deng Zhixian was located was as high as 10 billion yuan, and Deng Zhixian, who has been in charge of SMT for many years, has thus become an important link for suppliers from all walks of life to "supply".

However, walking too much at night is easy to hit ghosts. Authoritative sources told reporters exclusively that because the people involved in other cases disclosed the details of Deng Zhixian and others’ demands for bribes in order to make meritorious deeds. In September 2012, the Shenzhen procuratorate arrested Deng Zhixian. It is reported that after learning the case, Guo Taiming, chairman of Hon Hai Group, made it clear that he hoped that the mainland police could dig deep and completely eradicate the "moths" in the procurement process of Hon Hai Group.

At the same time, Shenzhen government officials also attached great importance to this case. An ordinary bribery case is particularly sensitive because of Hon Hai’s important position in Shenzhen’s economy. It is reported that all parties are fully investigating the involvement of other higher-level personnel behind Deng Zhixian. As the case is still in the detection stage, the reporter’s interview was also declined by the relevant departments in Shenzhen.

Earlier, Taiwan Province media reported that Li Jinming, chief executive and commercial officer of Hon Hai Group, received a report letter in September 2012, accusing SMT executives of soliciting bribes from suppliers for a long time. So Guo Taiming asked to report the case to the mainland public security department, and asked Li Jinming to form a project team to conduct an internal investigation. The local criminal bureau in Taiwan Province has received a report from Hon Hai, and has consulted the mainland public security bureau to assist in the investigation, and more than 10 Hon Hai executives have been assisted in the investigation.

Hon Hai Group issued a statement on many cases involving senior officials of Hon Hai disclosed by Taiwan Province and other media before, saying that most of them were not in line with the facts. However, Hon Hai also said that Chairman Guo Taiming had instructed that the fraudsters and their reasons would be strictly investigated, and the related incidents would not be allowed to happen again.

There are loopholes in the "perfect" procurement system

"In addition to colluding with the business group bosses, technical committees like SMT also have the dominant position in equipment procurement."

On the surface, Hon Hai’s procurement system is standard.

A former Hon Hai employee who has been engaged in procurement told reporters that its procurement system is mainly divided into BOM (Bill of Materials) procurement and non-BOM procurement. Among them, the BOM part is the accessories and raw materials needed to produce products, and most of them are consumables; Non-BOM procurement refers to the production materials needed in the production process, including equipment, accessories and so on.

The standardization of Hon Hai’s procurement system is reflected in the strict screening of suppliers. Before purchasing all products (BOM and non-BOM), the supplier must have complete legal person qualification, and the product safety must meet various certification requirements. During the screening process, the supervisors of the four departments, namely, production management, quality control, industrial management, and financial management, will be arranged to inspect the factory. However, if the procurement involves non-BOM equipment or products with specific production process on BOM, the Technical Committee will conduct the final review. Only after passing the examination can the supplier be issued a code, which means that it has obtained the procurement qualification.

After screening the suppliers, the products must be tested. After the sample is qualified, the quotation will be started. Hon Hai is good at price comparison, so buyers will often ask for COST DOWN, which will bring greater profit pressure to suppliers.

After a supplier signs a supply contract with Hon Hai, he can get the supplier code, but this does not mean that he can be a Hon Hai supplier safely. The quarterly evaluation will directly affect the qualification of its suppliers. Every evaluation is still the responsibility of the people on the four pipelines: production management, quality management, industrial management and management.

The four pipelines are a unique management method creatively established by Hon Hai. These four management departments are independent but closely coordinated to monitor and manage the daily production and operation of the enterprise. This management system seems to be "perfect", and it seems difficult for suppliers to handle four responsible persons at the same time. But it’s not. Usually, the heads of the four major pipelines are subordinate to the vertical departments under the business groups (there are many business groups under Hon Hai Group, which are in charge of different sectors). "If the boss of the business group says hello, the situation will be different."

"In addition to colluding with the business group bosses, technical committees like SMT also have the leading role in equipment procurement. Although the people of the four major pipelines must check, the technical Committee is the last to sign. Moreover, if any one of the four major pipelines does not sign, the Technical Committee can put pressure on them to push the procurement through. " An employee who has worked in Hon Hai for many years in production management told reporters.

Jia Su (a pseudonym), a senior official of a Shenzhen enterprise who has cooperated with Hon Hai for more than ten years, admitted to the reporter that Taiwan Province enterprises such as Hon Hai and Inventec are different from Taiwan Province family enterprises that entered the mainland in the early days. "In Taiwan Province family enterprises that entered the mainland in the early days, from the finance to the boss, they rarely choose bribery to get purchase orders, but now Taiwanese cadres (Taiwan Province cadres) who have great power in Hon Hai enterprises can become a shortcut for suppliers to get orders. In Hon Hai, as long as you dare to spend money on Taiwan, many things are easy to handle. "

Under the circumstances that power is too centralized and cadres lack self-discipline, Hon Hai’s strict procurement system encounters great challenges.

Anti-corruption shock wave

Hon Hai’s supplier system is experiencing not only shocks, but also internal adjustments.

After Deng Zhixian’s bribery incident was exposed, some enterprises that have cooperative relations with Hon Hai are also suffering from the impact.

It is reported that Hon Hai has terminated its cooperation with the supplier Shenzhen Telu. Shenzhen Delu mainly produces electronic product testing equipment, etc. However, at present, German law does not recognize bribery. However, after many investigations by reporters of China Business News, it can be confirmed that the SMT supporting enterprise located in Dongguan for Hon Hai has been involved. It is reported that with the further investigation of Deng Zhixian’s case, Hon Hai’s supply chain will be adjusted accordingly.

Hon Hai’s supplier system is experiencing not only shocks, but also internal adjustments. Recently, Hon Hai employees disclosed to reporters that the IGDBG (New Green Number) business group has been dissolved in Hon Hai’s bribery storm, and the personnel diversion has basically ended.

"I have already agreed to leave my job. At present, many people have left, and I am the only one left in our department." An employee of the original IGDBG (New Green Number) business group told the reporter, "It is said that the reason for the dissolution is the commercial crime of the relevant person in charge of IGDBG. The business group has suffered losses for two consecutive years, but he and several of his best friends have eaten kickbacks. Eating too much made Guo angry. "

According to insiders, after the notice of dissolving the business group was issued, the employees of IGDBG’s original production line responsible for TV and LED were all diverted to CCPBG (consumer electronics products) business group, and the employees of tablet computer production line were diverted to FIH (Foxconn International). Some employees said that the treatment given by CCPBG was unacceptable. In just over two months, thousands of people left their jobs in the diversion.

IGDBG new green number business group was established in early 2012, which was reorganized and renamed from TMSBG business group (Technology Merging Services Business Group) established in June 2009. Since 2009, a production and research base has been established in Hengyang, Hunan. Our main business is to develop and manufacture e-books, tablet computers, electronic photo frames, LED energy-saving lamps, smart air filters and other products, and we are a global supplier of E-Ink e-books and digital photo frames. IGDBG was originally an important business group of Foxconn’s product innovation and transformation, but since its establishment, it has suffered losses continuously in the past two years. Guo Taiming has repeatedly warned that he hopes to turn losses into profits.

The new green number business group, which was established less than a year ago, was abolished. For Hon Hai, is it to adjust the department by fighting corruption, or are there other considerations? In this regard, as of press time, Hon Hai has not yet responded.

Hon Hai said a few days ago that it has revised the procurement procedures and strictly controlled the supervisor’s ethics, and will not allow similar incidents to happen again. However, in the supply chain management department, there is no institutional revision document released on a large scale. "Foxconn’s regulatory system has been standardized, but corruption cases still need to be reflected from the institutional level." A Foxconn management cadre said.

Tao Body’s "11" premiered in Beijing: "The lower body is limited, and the upper body improvises"

From August 24th to 26th, tao dance theater’s "Digital Series" modern dance "11" held its world premiere at Beijing National Grand Theatre. Tao’s "digital series" works of body always regard the movement characteristics of body as an important channel for artistic exploration, and then release vitality in the repetitive and restrictive movement of body, and refine a unique aesthetic presentation and training system. How to move? Why are you moving? Spirit and flesh generate speculation in the dynamic law.

"11" live photo. Photography ocean

The work "11" is the 11th work in the "Digital Series", which is the latest and the longest performance. It lasted 62 minutes on-site observation by The Paper reporters. It is reasonable to say that it is a great challenge for Tao’s body to move for more than 30 minutes-this time, the choreographer Tao Ye tried to break through this limit through paragraph promotion and improvisation.

The performance at the National Grand Theatre is divided into the first half and the second half. In the first half, five dancers from tao dance theater performed the work "5", which was premiered at the July Dance Festival in capital theatre, Amsterdam in 2013. On the stage, the five dancers kept connected with each other from beginning to end, never separated but integrated, and like a knot, they performed endless deformation and progress with continuous support movement. Tao Ye, a choreographer, once explained, "This is a work that expresses people’s understanding and feelings about things."

In the second half of the performance, the style of painting changed suddenly. Perhaps to show the difference from the previous choreography paradigm of "Counting for Series", driven by the strong electronic music rhythm, 11 dancers lined up vertically, mumbling the beat, and uniformly "swept" across the stage, while the upper body showed different dances-this is precisely the characteristic of the work "11". This time, the dancers were set a real-time and common rule of restriction and opening up: lower body limit, lower body limit, Each dancer goes back and forth in her own independent path. The space of their hipbone rotation, the orientation of their knees and every step of their feet are fixed, while the shoulders, elbows, wrists, trunk spine and head of their upper bodies are free to stretch and dance at random. In this sense, every stage presentation of "11" is unique and unique.

If the number "11" is visually two "1s" in parallel, giving people the impression that it is extremely hard and independent, this time, the work "11" is undoubtedly more direct and sharp. The previous digital series is a kind of development and progression in a cycle of repetition. This time, the choreography edifies the works, pushing each paragraph to their respective ends, either accelerating, static, intense or gentle, and then making them meet again, just like the disorder and irregularity of the world. When the dancer’s lower body movements are completely limited, while the upper body is improvised by the dancer according to each current feeling. In this way, 11 dancers seem to talk in reason and sensibility: 11 dance segments are independent of each other, which can be combined, disrupted and reorganized. When the order exits, the stage is left unknown and presents infinite possibilities.

At the end of the performance, the dancers still stood in a row vertically, and returned the stage to the dark field in a uniform way … When the lights came on again, Tao Ye stepped onto the stage and saluted his partners. Everyone is still bowing in a unique style: holding their chests, bowing their heads, bending over, and dropping their hands to the ground … from heaven to the ground, with a heavy curtain call.

"Improvisation is not casual" Freedom is more brain-burning.

Twelve years after its founding (tao dance theater was founded in 2008), when the world talked about modern dance in China, Tao Body had already become an unavoidable name. This is not only because Tao Ye is determined to explore the pure body, but also because he insists on integrating the philosophical thinking and implication of oriental culture into choreography and presentation. For the work "5", it is the musician Xiaohe who integrates the five elements of Jin Mu’s fire, water and earth into his creation, from cosmic sound to secret mantra, from baroque to neoclassical, just like a visual symphony, and makes a contrast between change and unchanging.

When it comes to the idea of "11", Tao Ye explained, "The number 11 is a palindrome for me. It corresponds and opposes, it is not in harmony, but also in contrast, with the beauty of symmetry and the truth of speculation. The number 11 is particularly direct to me, without giving an absolute answer. It provides me with a contradictory and harmonious idea to form a work, and I hope to connect and reach everyone’s deeper inner feelings through this work. "

How to form works by improvisation is a world problem and a challenge that Tao Ye has always wanted to try. He didn’t mince words, "I hated improvisation at first." But now, he began to realize that improvisation is the same as our life. "Everyone, every day, every moment, is improvising." Every behavior, every sentence, every feeling also comes from the improvisation of the moment. " He began to realize that in this era, there may be opportunities to merge the classic and experimental uncertainties with each other. As Tao Ye said, "Improvisation is not casual". What he wants is limited physical freedom.

For "11", the discussion within the dance troupe is unprecedented "warm". Some people think that once hard works are being dismantled by artists themselves, and some people seem to see the vibrant dense jungle, and the works are full of vitality as always; Some people ask "Improvisation under restrictions is not improvisation", while others answer "All improvisation is not improvisation"; Some people have found new surprises in free exploration, others are used to the structure and are trying to break through the singularity. Some people also think of themselves alone in the crowd on the difficult road of life.

"11" has 11 dances, including solo dance, duet dance, trio dance and different group dances. As a solo dancer, Yan Yulin is full of expectations, but she can’t help complaining that "she has to have two heads". One is racking her brains to think about how to be different, and the other is keeping up with the slow pace. Stand neatly in a row on your legs, but try your best to grow differences on your upper body. Dancers have said that they are experiencing division and integration from top to bottom, from left to right, and from inside to outside, and their movements are considered to be brain cramps. It turns out that the quest for freedom has never been that simple.

"Come to an impromptu exploration" into the electronic music and fashion of the theater

Or edify the final word, "Improvisation is not just a concept, it can be concentration, listening, dialogue, courage, collaboration, creation, imagination … and yourself. Although every day will not be repeated, through impromptu exploration, every second can be reborn. Improvisation is as old as human civilization and is the innate ability of human beings. " He believes that everyone, "this time, both dancers and audiences are participating in this work in their own way."

Whether dancing or life, every moment is full of unknowns and improvisations. It not only challenges the dancers, but also expands the imagination for the audience. How do personalities and groups get along? Are freedom and rules either one or the other? On the stage, this is the challenge that choreographers and dancers have to face. Off the stage, isn’t this the answer sheet that everyone has to fill out?

As a partner of Taoye for ten years, Xiaohe once again served as the composer of the new work. The first collaboration between them was to use electronic music in the work "2". Ten years later, they restarted the creation of electronic music because of "11". Yun Gong, human voice, Ruan and symphony, in every cooperation, both of them are exploring different sounds and expanding the boundaries of music. Talking about the music of "11", Tao Ye said that "electronic music is the beginning of my cooperation with Xiaohe, and this 11 pieces of electronic music will be a subversive start again".

This year, Duan Ni and Tao Ye founded their own clothing brand DNTY, which has a more professional team and support in the design and production of clothing. The costume creation of "11" releases more freedom for the body. The spacious and relaxed design makes 11 dancers move like the wind, and Duan Ni also blends the trajectory of body movement with the black and white clothing in the form of images, adding instantaneous flow and complicated visual sense to the stage.

"DNTY four letters don’t have much imagination, which is the initials of surname Pinyin of Duan Ni and Tao Ye. We constitute the genes of this brand. It can also be called DT for short, which symbolizes the TAO of Detail. Clothing and our dancing have something in common. Dancing is a microscopic detail, which is endless and endless in bone transmission. The same is true of clothing. It is not a still life hanging on the wall, but follows the body and keeps talking with your behavior and living habits. " Tao Ye said.

How to build an "underground city", deep space research has an answer.

People in The Wandering Earth live in underground "underground cities". In the future, "underground cities" will not only exist in science fiction films. Scientists are currently conducting deep space research to explore how to build "underground cities". Recently, the reporter interviewed Xie Heping, an academician of China Academy of Engineering and dean of Shenzhen University’s Institute of Deep Earth Science and Green Energy, and asked him to describe the future survival of underground space from a scientific perspective.

"Underground City" is a world-class frontier scientific research.

"The development and utilization of deep space is not just science fiction, but a scientific research project that is being studied all over the world, and it is a frontier scientific research topic in the world." Xie Heping said that the comprehensive utilization of underground space has attracted great attention internationally, and many international organizations have been studying the utilization of underground space. These international organizations include the International Association for Tunnels and Underground Space (ITA) established in 1974, the International Joint Research Center for Underground Space (ACUUS) established in 1996, and the International Trenchless Technology Association (ISTT) established in 1986. The Tokyo Declaration, adopted by the International Conference on Urban Underground Space in 1991, also emphasized that "the 21st century will be the century of human exploitation and utilization of underground space", and predicted that one third of people will live in underground space in the future.

According to Xie Heping, there are many cases of scientific development and utilization of underground space in the world. For example, an underground park has been built in Finland, which will turn the space 120 meters underground into an oxygen bar with salty and humid air. The constant temperature is 11℃~12℃ all year round, and there are almost no allergens and bacteria, which can recuperate patients suffering from respiratory tract, tuberculosis and other diseases. The mine playground in North Wales, England, which was built in 2014, is 150 meters underground and has the world’s largest underground trampoline in a thermal insulation and moisturizing environment.

Many countries are also trying to develop underground space. For example, Singapore plans to build an underground science and technology city, which is equivalent to 30 floors underground in the Western Science Park, to be used by biomedical industry and life sciences, and to accommodate new population in the future.

"The total area of a city is not only the ground area, but the total utilization space of a city should be multiplied by 40% of the development depth. These underground spaces have unique advantages such as constant temperature and humidity, sound insulation and isolation, natural resistance to natural disasters, low background radiation and clean environment. " Xie Heping said that using the advantages of these underground spaces can carry out underground medical research and treatment, such as Hodgkin Cave in Uzbekistan, which can improve the cellular immunity of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; Related scientific research activities can also be carried out. For example, the Large Hadron Collider in Europe is 92 meters underground. "If more exploration and utilization are carried out, it is possible to make deep space a better way of human migration than space settlement and coping with future earth disasters in the future." Xie Heping said.

How to build a future "underground city"

How to build an underground city in the future? Xie Heping introduced his academic article published in Journal of Coal Industry recently, and put forward his strategic conception and scientific research demonstration on the construction of version 5.0 of "Underground City". According to this idea, 0~50 meters underground is underground rail transit, pipe network system and refuge facilities, 50~100 meters underground is underground livable city, 100~500 meters underground is underground agriculture, underground medicine and underground ecological circle and strategic resource reserve, and 500~2000 meters underground is underground energy circulation belt, underground pumped storage, compressed air power station, underground thermal energy and other storage and utilization, and more than 2000 meters underground is underground.

"Regarding the development and utilization of deep space, I put forward the concept of five eras, including the 1.0 era of passive underground space utilization, the 2.0 era of scientific development of underground space and underground ecological city, the 3.0 era of deep ecological circle construction, the 4.0 era of deep scientific laboratory and deep space capsule, and the 5.0 era of liquid mining of deep solid resources." Xie Heping said.

The 1.0 era of deep development is to build air-raid shelters, warehouses, subways, underground shopping malls, underground parking lots, etc. In the 2.0 era, there will be a complete and livable eco-city, with sunshine, self-circulating water pumps and intelligent air regeneration systems. In the 3.0 era, there will be ecological and environmental underground space utilization, and the environment of underground ecological circle will be constructed, including artificial sunshine, ecological vegetation, deep farming and animal husbandry, water and ecological self-circulation system, etc. In the era of 4.0, in-situ scientific experiments with different depths should be carried out, and theoretical systems of deep physics, biology, medicine and rock mechanics should be constructed to lay a theoretical foundation for human beings to March into the deep part of the earth.

In the 5.0 era, it is necessary to invent shield mining, separation, charging, gasification and power generation integrated technology and equipment to directly transform solid resources into liquid, gas and electric energy. By that time, underground roadway mining will be patrolled, inspected and operated by drones and robots. Using the energy generated by coal powder explosion and gas explosion, in-situ power generation will be carried out at a depth of 3,000m underground, and the electricity, hydrogen and liquefied carbon will be transported to the ground instead of solid resources, and a self-circulation development and utilization system with deep in-situ ecological green and low carbon will be built. "At present, the doctoral team led by me is doing pre-research in this area." Xie Heping said.

Step into the era of "Dungeon" 2.0

According to Xie Heping, the earth’s solid mineral resources can be buried more than 40 kilometers, and 70% of China’s proven iron ore, copper ore and bauxite resources are below 2 kilometers. Take geothermal resources as an example, there is 125.4 billion thermal energy in the outermost 10 kilometers of the earth’s crust, which is equivalent to 2000 times of the total thermal energy of coal produced in the world.

At present, China has listed deep-seated development as a major national science and technology project, and it is necessary to comprehensively improve the level and ability of deep-seated engineering science and technology, and strive to reach 15,000 meters by 2035; Oil and gas exploitation should reach 10000 meters; Geothermal development to 6000 meters, solid resources mining to 3000 meters, underground space engineering to 1000 meters.

"At present, the utilization rate of underground space in the world is about 30%, while in our country it is only 17%." Xie Heping said that with the development of China’s deep development strategy, how to rationally develop and utilize these underground spaces is "a major national strategic scientific research project that needs pre-research first".

"Taking coal mines as an example, the existing underground space of coal mines in China is about 13.9 billion cubic meters, and it is expected to reach 24.1 billion cubic meters by 2030, with a length of about 1.6 million kilometers, which can circle the equator 40 times. How to use such a huge underground roadway space? " Xie Heping said that the transformation and utilization of waste gas mines in foreign countries have many uses and forms. For example, using geothermal energy to develop underground agriculture, scholars at Nottingham University are considering using geothermal energy naturally existing in mines to transform 150,000 abandoned coal mines into underground farms.

"We must know that the underground itself is warm in winter and cool in summer, and the construction cost of underground greenhouse is only 1/4 of that of ground greenhouse agriculture." Xie Heping said that in 2017, an underground farm was built in London, England, using an air-raid shelter 33 meters underground. With LED lights as the light source, hydroponics technology can save 70% of water, no pesticides are needed at all, and plant growth is not affected by seasons and weather. It can be harvested in 6 to 28 days, and the underground agricultural product brand has been successfully launched.

"There are also ways to build a small intelligent underground parking garage, underground pumped storage power generation, compressed air storage power generation station, etc., which can be tried in the utilization of underground space." Xie Heping said that underground sewage treatment plants can also be built. For example, Hong Kong plans to put all surface sewage treatment underground; You can also build underground hotels, carry out landscape tours and underground in-situ laboratories. For example, the dark matter laboratory in South Korea is 700 meters below the mine.

In the aspect of deep space utilization, China has also begun some explorations. At present, the first phase reconstruction project of the five major coal mines in the west of Beijing has been started. Xie Heping said that according to the plan, the ground is green mountains and green waters scenic area, college education and training area, tourist resort area, sports and leisure area and high-tech park, and the underground will be developed into underground coal mine safety production training practice area, underground ecological landscape experience area, underground agricultural planting area and deep scientific exploration area. "We hope to turn it into a national demonstration area for the development and utilization of coal mines, a headquarters for scientific research and development and an experimental base for underground space research and development." Xie Heping said. In his view, regarding the construction of "underground cities", "it has just entered the 2.0 era, and it may take decades or even hundreds of years to reach the 5.0 era, but we can imagine the future trends and bright prospects."

Asteroids will rub shoulders with the earth again! Dinosaur: You scared me.

According to foreign media reports, NASA said that five asteroids will pass by the earth in the future, and one of them may be very close to the earth. It is reported that the smallest diameter of these asteroids is only 8 meters and the largest is 90 meters, and lular distance from the Earth will be as short as five distance to the moon.

A distance to the moon refers to the distance between the earth and the moon, which is about 238,900 miles (384,000 kilometers). It sounds like a long distance, but it is a very close distance in the vast space, and they will pass by the edge of the earth. Fortunately, the closest asteroid to the earth this time is smaller in diameter and will not pose too much threat to the earth.

Where are the asteroids?

Asteroids are celestial bodies in the solar system that move around the sun like planets, but are much smaller in size and mass than planets. Most of them are influenced by the gravitational force of the sun and Jupiter, and they gather in the asteroid-intensive area between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter. According to the statistics of 120,437 asteroids that have been numbered, this hotbed of asteroid "life" is composed of more than 500,000 asteroids. So many of them are called "main belt" and many people are used to calling it "asteroid belt".

Figure: Asteroid belt

The so-called "near-earth asteroids" can be understood very well just by looking at the literal meaning. "Near-earth" means that their orbits are very close to the earth, and they are a special group that deviates from the main belt.

Dangerous asteroid

According to analysis, only asteroids with a diameter of more than 140 meters and a minimum distance from the Earth of less than 0.05 astronomical unit (about 7.4 million kilometers) will be included in the list of dangerous asteroids.

According to the latest release of the website of the International Asteroid Center, researchers have discovered 1,640 "potentially threatening near-Earth asteroids" through global joint survey.

History of asteroid impact on the earth

As early as 65 million years ago, dinosaurs, a large animal that dominated the earth for 150 million years, suddenly disappeared. Astronomers speculate that there are two possible reasons for the extinction of dinosaurs: first, the explosion of supernovae, which is equivalent to about 10.24 hydrogen bombs, led to the extinction of dinosaurs; The second is asteroid impact. In 1978, American astronomer Luis Alvarez speculated that an asteroid hit Iceland, and this impact was equivalent to the energy of 1 trillion tons of TNT. Such a violent impact led to the disappearance of dinosaurs.

In addition, on June 30, 1908, a huge flash of light lit up the sky in the Tunguska River Basin in Shiquan, krasnoyarskiy kray, Siberia, followed by a violent explosion equivalent to 1,000 atomic bombs. A mushroom-like cloud of smoke soared 12 miles into the sky, and the scorching air billow swept the vast Taiga forest one after another, and hundreds of square kilometers of forest were destroyed in the explosion. This famous explosion was the Tunguska Big Bang.

Photo: Tunguska Big Bang data

In addition, according to the latest research report of geoscientists from the Australian National University (ANU), at least three asteroids with a diameter of 20-50 kilometers collided with the earth 3.2 billion years ago, which greatly changed the structure and elemental composition of the earth’s surface.

In recent years, scientists predict that an asteroid named Apophis will pass by the Earth in 2029 and hit the Earth in 2036. If it hits the earth, it will generate energy equivalent to the explosion of 110,000 atomic bombs, which is equivalent to the instantaneous destruction of the whole city of new york and its surrounding areas. If it hits the ocean, it will cause a devastating tsunami, which is more violent than the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami.

Apophis is one of nearly 800 potentially threatening asteroids known to astronomers.

Prevent collision and defend the earth

In order to cope with this possible impact, some people put forward a plan to destroy asteroids with nuclear weapons. However, all the accumulated nuclear weapons on the earth are only enough to blow up an asteroid with a diameter of 9 kilometers, and they have to hit the center accurately. In addition, the consequences of a nuclear explosion in the universe are unpredictable.

Therefore, people are also considering other plans to deal with asteroids, such as using lasers or lead ingots. NASA is going to lure Apophis away with a "gravity trailer" when it flies to the Earth in 2029. When the asteroid passes near the Earth in 2029, it only needs to launch a "gravity trailer" spacecraft weighing about 1 ton, which can change the orbit of this asteroid. According to astronomers’ calculations, Apophis will slightly change its orbit when it flies over the earth this time, but when it returns again in 2036, the possibility of colliding with the earth is very small, only 1 in 5,000.

Although the speculation about the extinction of dinosaurs makes the prediction of the impact of asteroids on the earth scary, with the development of science and technology, from not knowing what asteroids are to accurately understanding and then boldly predicting, the progress of civilization makes us believe in the power of science, and there must always be a perfect way to deal with this "uninvited guest".

Sichuan smoothly passed the three peaks of fever clinic, emergency and severe patients, and the epidemic situation in rural areas did not rebound significantly.

"The province has successfully passed the three peaks of fever clinics, emergency departments and critically ill patients. The epidemic situation in rural areas that have received much attention has not rebounded significantly, and the overall epidemic situation in the province is stable and orderly." On the morning of January 28th, on the first working day after the Spring Festival holiday, the Provincial Health and Wellness Committee held a regular meeting of the leading group for epidemic prevention and control and a working meeting of the province’s health and wellness system. Xu Bin, deputy director of the Provincial Health and Wellness Committee, informed the situation at the meeting.

The normal medical order was gradually restored during the Spring Festival.

No new virus sequence was found.

The Epidemic Prevention and Control Group of the Provincial Health and Wellness Committee gave a set of data: the peak of infection in Covid-19, Sichuan Province has passed, and the trend of new infections is obvious. During the Spring Festival, all localities insisted on multi-point monitoring of the epidemic situation in COVID-19, and 110 virus genomes were sequenced, and no new virus sequences were found; No large-scale infection occurred in 3078 civil affairs service institutions in the province.

"During the Spring Festival, the number of positive patients and critically ill patients in the province continued to decline, and there was no obvious treatment of small peaks and insufficient medical resources, and the normal medical order gradually recovered." The Medical Treatment Group of the Provincial Health and Wellness Committee released a preliminary statistical result: from January 1 to January 27, the bed utilization rate of medical institutions above the second level dropped from 96.89% to 60.04%, and the bed utilization rate of ICU dropped from 87.50% to 49.73%. The number of positive patients in the hospital dropped from the highest of more than 80,000 in the previous period to more than 8,000, and the medical order recovered well.

Behind the figures is the continuous optimization of the province’s epidemic prevention and control measures. Taking medical services for key populations as an example, during the Spring Festival, Sichuan provided key populations with "three observations" (observing whether there is "silent hypoxia" performance, observing whether the health condition is abnormal, and observing whether the basic diseases are aggravated), "two tests" (antigen testing, temperature testing) and "one door-to-door" (door-to-door health package distribution) services at least twice a week, and carried out a total of 2.726 million health services; Counties (cities, districts) have set up more than 8,800 "roving diagnosis and treatment teams" in villages and towns, making rounds of clinics in township hospitals, villages with complicated conditions and nursing homes, providing medical treatment and health monitoring services to the masses face to face, and co-ordinating the distribution of medicines and necessary equipment to township hospitals and village clinics. Before and after the Spring Festival, the province’s health system also carried out the activities of "going to the grass-roots level, inspecting the facts, and making a big visit", guiding all localities to establish a daily monitoring and scheduling mechanism for drug reserves, and dynamically adjusting the reserves of drugs and testing reagents. Before the holiday, more than 90,000 finger-clip oximeters were provided free of charge for 44,800 village clinics in the province.

The possibility of a large-scale local epidemic in the near future is low.

But there are still uncertainties.

During the Spring Festival, the epidemic situation was stable and orderly. What do you think of the next step? How to do it?

Zhou Jiushun, an expert on epidemic prevention and control and deputy director of the Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, judged that the epidemic situation fluctuated at a low level during the Spring Festival, and the possibility of a large-scale local epidemic and the importation of new strains causing a large-scale epidemic was low, but everyone should continue to be the first responsible person for health.

"At present, there are still uncertainties in the epidemic situation in COVID-19. All localities should continue to strengthen epidemic monitoring and situation analysis, and do a good job in prevention and control of key institutions in a targeted manner." Ma Jun, the relevant person in charge of the epidemic prevention and control group of the Provincial Health and Wellness Commission and director of the CDC, said that the next step would be to pay close attention to the introduction and spread of mutant strains in Covid-19, and to strengthen the epidemiological investigation of severe and dead cases, the protection of key populations, vaccination, epidemic prevention and control in rural areas and health services.

Li Bing, the relevant person in charge of the medical treatment team of the Provincial Health and Wellness Commission and director of the Medical Administration Department, said that the specified frequency of not less than 3 times and 2 times per week will continue to be strictly implemented, and full coverage health services will be provided to the key and sub-key populations in the province. Relying on the three-level severe treatment system in provinces, cities and counties and the piecemeal consultation mechanism in four high-level general hospitals such as west china hospital and Provincial People’s Hospital, the sinking and centralized treatment of experts will be strengthened, the treatment of critically ill patients and the co-treatment of multiple diseases will be highlighted, and the normal medical order will continue to be gradually restored.

Xu Bin said that the next step will be to focus on key places, key populations and key institutions to ensure that medical services, drug equipment, protective materials, vaccination and referral mechanisms are in place; Continue to strengthen the monitoring of new mutant strains in Covid-19, pay special attention to the monitoring of mutation imported from abroad in Covid-19, and provide decision-making basis for early epidemic warning; Strengthen the construction of compound, integrated and leading professional talents in general hospitals and disease control institutions.
