Darren Wang:I like this story very much. It is very special and innovative in all the scripts I have seen, and it is also the original story of the director, which touched me very much. Then I like this subconscious fight with myself in my dream.

Darren Wang:No, I had to take it because I like this performance very much. A character can change at so many levels, both in reality and in dreams. This level change is very happy for actors, and it is difficult for me to play such a level change in general roles. Because it is not realistic, the director won’t let you do it like this, but just for the role of Sang Yu, the play Super Me can be played like this.
1905 Movie Network: Which scene do you think is the most difficult or impressive?
Darren Wang:The most difficult thing to play is that there is a scene where all the time is still. It is a shocking feeling that you rewind to see all the things that "superego" is limiting you, and then return to reality.
I remember it was a winter day, and the studio was very big. I sprinted outside for three times until I was powerless, and then the director waited for me there. Then I drank wine to make my heart beat and get excited, and then I performed that kind of shock and cried. It was difficult to perform that scene. I ran for about four times. You need to use some external (stimulation), for example, after running for three laps, you can’t breathe, hold your breath and drink, so that your physical and mental state can reach its peak.

Darren Wang:No, no, no, this play can make me play, but it doesn’t mean that I should show my skills. I just think the character likes it and it’s fun.
