Since the network performance (live broadcast) branch of China Performance Industry Association launched the warning list of network anchors in 2018, it has successively released eight batches of warning lists of 358 network anchors, and organized all members to boycott and punish serious illegal anchors in the industry.

With the rapid development of the entertainment industry, new situations and new problems such as the supremacy of flow, abnormal aesthetics, and the chaos of "rice circles" have emerged one after another. Some performing arts practitioners have low political literacy, weak legal awareness, declining moral concepts, and illegal words and deeds have occurred from time to time, which has had a negative impact on society, especially young people, and seriously polluted social atmosphere.
