　　President Xi’s keynote speech, based on Asia and looking around the world, comprehensively analyzed the common challenges facing the world at present, accurately grasped the general trend of development since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic, once again declared China’s firm stance of opening up to the outside world at a high level and seeking common development with other countries, and sincerely appealed to the international community to strengthen confidence and advance hand in hand. How to overcome the epidemic and build a post-epidemic world, how to promote the stable recovery of the world economy and achieve sustainable development, how to reduce the tension and opposition in international relations and seek win-win cooperation. 　　"We must jointly protect human life and health, we must jointly promote economic recovery, we must jointly safeguard world peace and tranquility, and we must jointly meet the challenges of global governance." From strengthening the coordination of epidemic prevention measures and improving global public health governance, to strengthening macro-policy coordination and maintaining the stability of global industrial chain supply chain, from building a balanced, effective and sustainable security framework to practicing the concept of global governance, the Chairman of the Supreme Leader profoundly explained China’s solutions to a series of current global challenges with "four commons", which contributed China wisdom to realizing a more inclusive and fair global development vision.

In recent years, Asian countries have overcome many obstacles such as the impact of the epidemic and the disorder of multilateral rules, firmly promoted regional economic integration, and sought to achieve all-round and wide-ranging cooperation and win-win, which provided new ideas for globalization and important support for multilateralism. Asian countries should continue to demonstrate Asia’s resilience, wisdom and strength, firmly safeguard Asian peace, actively promote Asian cooperation, jointly promote Asian unity, and build an anchor for world peace and stability, a source of growth and a new highland for cooperation.

　　"The fundamentals of China’s strong economic resilience, sufficient potential, wide room for manoeuvre and long-term improvement will not change, which will provide strong kinetic energy for the stabilization and recovery of the world economy and provide broader market opportunities for countries." Over the years, Boao Forum has witnessed and will continue to witness the infinite opportunities that China has brought to the common development of the world through deepening reform and opening wider to the outside world. At this forum, President Xi also announced that China will fully implement the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement, actively promote its accession to the Comprehensive and Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement and the Digital Economy Partnership Agreement, and so on, and issued a sincere invitation to all countries to join hands, fully demonstrating China’s mutually beneficial and win-win opening strategy, and showing that China has always made unremitting efforts and due contributions to building a global community of development and destiny through pragmatic actions.
