During the epidemic season, it is recommended to actively vaccinate Covid-19 vaccine.

At present, it is the season of high incidence of respiratory diseases, and a variety of respiratory diseases are intertwined. A few days ago, National Health Commission held a press conference, calling on the masses to be active, proactive and vaccinated as soon as possible. On December 15th, the reporter interviewed experts from the Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and made an exclusive interview on vaccination related issues in Covid-19.

According to the experts of disease control, at present, the spread of Covid-19 among people still exists, and the whole country is in a sporadic state, and Covid-19 XBB mutant has become the main epidemic strain in China. A few days ago, in the "Work Plan for Vaccination of Covid-19 for Key Populations in the Near Future" issued by the Comprehensive Group of the State Council Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism, it was suggested that key populations such as the elderly should be vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccine according to conditions, and the vaccine containing XBB mutant antigen was recommended first. People who meet the following two conditions can be vaccinated:

Si Yuan, deputy director of the Institute of Immunization Planning of the Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, said: "First, the elderly aged 60 and above or the people aged 18 to 59 with serious basic diseases, people with low immune function and people with high risk of infection. Second, the basic immunization has been completed or Covid-19 has been infected. The preventive effect of vaccine can be divided into several levels, such as preventing infection, preventing illness, preventing severe illness and preventing death. At present, the effect of Covid-19 vaccine in preventing severe illness and death is very significant, which is also the main reason why vaccination is being promoted all over the world. "

At present, it has been nearly a year since the last round of large-scale Covid-19 infection in most people. The antibody level produced after infection or vaccination gradually decreases with time. At the same time, because of the immune escape caused by virus mutation, the risk of serious illness and death is high for high-risk groups such as the elderly and those with serious basic diseases. Therefore, it is suggested to reduce the disease harm through vaccination. In addition, the interval between vaccination in Covid-19 and other vaccinations is at least 14 days.

"Combined with the World Health Organization’s (WHO) recommendation on simultaneous vaccination of Covid-19 vaccine and influenza vaccine, according to China’s technical guidelines for influenza vaccine vaccination, people aged 18 and above can be vaccinated with inactivated influenza and Covid-19 vaccine at different parts at the same time. With regard to vaccination fees, the vaccination of Covid-19, a key population, is still carried out in accordance with the previous regulations, and the policy of free vaccination for residents and willingness to take it up is implemented. Influenza vaccine is a non-immunization program vaccine, and residents’ vaccination follows a voluntary and self-funded policy. "

Does the Foreign Sanctions Law have an impact on foreign investment? Ministry of Foreign Affairs responded

On June 11th, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Wang Wenbin held a regular press conference. A reporter asked whether the spokesman was worried about the negative impact on foreign investment after the passage of the Foreign Sanctions Law.

Wang Wenbin said that the Legal Affairs Committee of the National People’s Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), China has introduced the relevant situation. Around the two sessions this year, some NPC deputies, Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference members and people from all walks of life put forward opinions and suggestions that it is necessary for the state to formulate a special anti-foreign sanctions law to provide strong legal support and guarantee for China to counter foreign discriminatory measures according to law. According to the relevant work arrangement, the the National People’s Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) Law Committee carefully studied the legislative suggestions put forward by various parties, summarized the counter-measures practice and related work practices in China, sorted out the relevant situation at home and abroad, solicited the opinions of relevant departments and experts of the central and state, and drafted and formed the draft of the anti-foreign sanctions law. According to the legislative procedure, China the National People’s Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) deliberated the draft twice in April and June, respectively. The Law Working Committee solicited the opinions of the central and relevant state organs on the draft, and the Constitution and Law Committee of the National People’s Congress revised and improved the draft according to the deliberation opinions of the Standing Committee and opinions from all sides. At present, the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law has fully absorbed opinions from all sides, reflected the common wishes of the people of China, and conformed to the basic norms of international law and international relations.

Wang Wenbin pointed out that regarding the influence of the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law on foreign investment, I don’t see an inevitable connection between the two. If there is, it is the enactment of the Foreign Sanctions Law, which provides a predictable legal environment and a stable and predictable business environment for enterprises from all countries to develop in China. At the 29th meeting of the 13th the National People’s Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), the Hainan Free Trade Port Law and the Decision on Authorizing the Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress and its Standing Committee to Formulate Laws and Regulations of Pudong New Area were also passed, which are new measures for China to deepen reform and open wider to the outside world.

Wang Wenbin emphasized that China has always welcomed and supported foreign enterprises to conduct business and cooperation in China and protect their rights and interests according to law. China will only open wider to the outside world, and we will continue to strive to create a better business environment for foreign enterprises and share China’s development opportunities with the world. Data News: "Bawei" or the strongest typhoon landing in Northeast China in history?

China Meteorological News reporter Su Jessie Wang Meili

Expert Consultant: Zhou Guanbo, Senior Engineer of Central Meteorological Observatory

This year’s No.8 typhoon "Bawei" was generated in the sea east of Taiwan Province at 8: 00 on August 22nd, and then it will land in the coastal areas from eastern Liaoning to western Korea on the morning of August 27th (typhoon level, 12-13, 33-38m/s). If it lands in Liaoning, "Bawei" may become the strongest typhoon that landed in Liaoning since 1949.

Is it rare for a typhoon to land in Northeast China? What are the characteristics? Let’s find out from the typhoon big data since 1949.

There has been no typhoon landing in Northeast China in recent 15 years.

Among the typhoons (including tropical depression) that landed in China from 1949 to 2020, 13 landed in Northeast China, but no typhoon landed in Northeast China in the past 15 years since 2005.

Of the 13 typhoons that landed in Northeast China, all landed in Liaoning. This is because only Liaoning has a coastline, and its geographical location directly determines that it is the most windy province among the three northeastern provinces.

A typhoon that has landed in the northeast since 1949. Zhao Miao cartography

Typhoons in the north are not uncommon, and most of them are "second-hand"

In the 70 years since 1949, only one typhoon "Helen" landed in Northeast China with the intensity above tropical storm, and the other three landed in the form of tropical depression. "Helen" landed in zhuanghe city, Dalian, Liaoning Province on August 4, 1964. The maximum wind force in the center was 9, and the wind speed reached 23 meters per second.

Because the typhoons going northward are mostly "second-hand" or "third-hand", in terms of intensity, they have basically exhausted their energy when they go northward, so the intensity of landing is generally at the tropical storm level, and some can reach the strong tropical storm level.

Judging from the landing time, typhoons heading north are mostly concentrated in late July and August. This is mainly because the subtropical high is located in the south from June to July, and the typhoon path generated at this time is mostly westward; In August, the subtropical high moved northward, which was beneficial for the typhoon to move northward along the west side of the subtropical high after its formation, thus affecting the northeast region; After September, the subtropical high began to retreat to the south, and the probability of typhoon going north would be much reduced.

Where did the typhoons go in August?Zhao Miao cartography

A typhoon that does not land in the northeast can also "beat cattle" across the mountain.

In addition to the typhoons that landed in Northeast China, there are also some typhoons that have brought great wind and rain impacts to Northeast China.

In 2012, Typhoon No.15 "Blavin" moved mainly in the northwest in the early stage, and then moved mainly in the north direction after entering the northern part of the East China Sea. After landing in Korea, it entered Jilin and Heilongjiang in China on August 29th. On the way to the north, it was combined with cold air. From August 27 to 29, the rainfall in central Heilongjiang, central Jilin, central and eastern Liaoning and eastern Shandong Peninsula was 100 to 150 mm. Strong winds of magnitude 7 ~ 9 have also appeared in inland areas such as central and eastern Liaoning, central Jilin and central and eastern Heilongjiang.

Track Map of Typhoon Blavin No.15 in 2012

On the afternoon of September 7, 2019, after the No.13 typhoon "Lingling" landed in North Korea as a typhoon, it moved into Jilin at 2100 hours as a tropical storm, and then quickly moved north. From September 6th to 8th, due to the influence of Lingling, heavy rain and local heavy rain occurred in the central and eastern parts of Northeast China. The local area of Lanxi, Heilongjiang Province was 233 mm, and the daily rainfall of 26 stations in Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning exceeded the historical extreme in September since the establishment of the station. There are 7 ~ 9 gusts in Shandong Peninsula, northern Liaoning and Liaodong Peninsula, central and eastern Jilin and central and eastern Heilongjiang, and 10 ~ 13 gusts in northeastern Jilin and southeastern Heilongjiang.

Route Map of Typhoon Lingling No.13 in 2019

In addition, Typhoon Winnie No.11 in 1997, Typhoon Lion Mountain No.10 in 2016 and Typhoon Wambia No.18 in 2018 also brought great influence to Northeast China.

Typhoon heading north is easy to combine with cold air to cause heavy precipitation.

  Typhoon northward has obvious characteristics:

First of all, as the typhoon moves northward, it may combine with cold air on the way northward, and the intersection of cold and warm air will cause heavy precipitation.

Secondly, the northbound typhoon may go through a process of "degeneration". The "denaturation" mentioned here refers to changing the nature, and some northbound typhoons will change from tropical cyclones to temperate cyclones. During the northward movement of typhoon, it was influenced by cold air and the decrease of sea surface water temperature, and its central temperature field was no longer a warm core structure, and its low-pressure center changed from vertical to inclined with the height change, so its nature has changed, and the warm and humid air brought by tropical cyclone itself changed into precipitation produced by combining with cold air.

Thirdly, due to the long coastline in the east of China, the path of some typhoons going northward is along the offshore of China, which may have an impact on the eastern coastal areas of China. Compared with typhoons landing in South China, more provinces will be affected.

Because there is relatively little experience in typhoon prevention in the northern region, the public should take safety defense measures, pay attention to forecast and early warning information in time, and be prepared for strong winds and heavy rainfall. Coastal areas should pay attention to the impact of storm surge. Liaoning and other places are alert to the occurrence of secondary disasters, and the meteorological risk of floods in small and medium-sized rivers in the lower reaches of Liaohe River and Yalu River tributaries is high. In addition, strong winds may also cause crops to lodging and damage agricultural greenhouses, which will have a certain impact on agriculture and need to be prevented in advance.

Contribute more China wisdom to the progress of human political civilization (the international community sees Chinese modernization)

Democracy is the common value of all mankind and an important concept that the people of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and China have always adhered to. Report to the 20th CPC National Congress, the Communist Party of China, regards the development of whole-process people’s democracy as one of the essential requirements of Chinese modernization, profoundly revealing the great significance of developing whole-process people’s democracy in the new journey of building a socialist modernized country in an all-round way. Chinese modernization contains a brand-new concept of democracy, which enriches the theory and practice of realizing democratic values and makes important contributions to promoting the progress of human political civilization.

The whole process of people’s democracy is the most extensive democracy.

Democracy is a political form formed by human society after thousands of years of exploration, which has played an important role in the process of human development. Democracy is historical, concrete and developing, and there is no one form of democracy in the world. The key to judging a form of democracy depends on whether it adapts to its own history and culture, conforms to its actual national conditions, can bring about political stability, social progress and improvement of people’s livelihood, can win the support and support of the people, and can make contributions to the cause of human progress.

In November 2019, General Secretary of the Supreme Leader put forward the important exposition that "people’s democracy is a whole-process democracy" for the first time during his inspection tour in Shanghai, which profoundly expounded the characteristics and advantages of China’s socialist democracy. At the celebration of the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), General Secretary of the Supreme Leader further emphasized that "people-centered development thought should be practiced to develop people’s democracy in the whole process". The historical resolution adopted by the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee included "developing people’s democracy in the whole process" as the important content of Socialism with Chinese characteristics Thought of the Supreme Leader in the new era in the "Ten Clarities". Report to the 20th CPC National Congress, the Communist Party of China, explicitly wrote "developing people’s democracy in the whole process" into the essential requirement of Chinese modernization, and further proposed that "the people’s democracy in the whole process will be more perfect" by 2035. During the two sessions of the National People’s Congress in China this year, "upholding and developing people’s democracy in the whole process" was written into the Legislative Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC).

Erik Bigon, editor of Kenya Broadcasting Corporation, noted that among the delegates of the National People’s Congress in China, there are workers from various industries, such as couriers, farmers, teachers, doctors and journalists. "In many other countries, it is difficult for people in some industries to get similar opportunities.".

Mahmoud hassan Khan, director of the Center for South Asian and International Studies in Islamabad, Pakistan, believes that at the National People’s Congress in China, the deputies reflected the opinions and suggestions of people from all walks of life in various fields, vividly demonstrating the connotation of people’s democracy in the whole process.

Harold, Zimbabwean Permanent Representative in Geneva, believes that the Greek word "democracy" originally means "people’s power", and "China’s democratic practice is closer to the original spirit and connotation of this concept".

True democracy, good democracy, to make the people the masters of the country, the people not only have the right to vote and vote, but also have the right to participate extensively; Not only can you express your wishes, but you can also achieve them effectively; Not only promote national development, but also share the fruits of development. In the whole process, people’s democracy truly adheres to the people’s dominant position, and everything is for the people and everything depends on the people.

At the National People’s Congress in China in 2021, Zhou Yizhe, a representative who has been a forestry worker for decades, put forward some suggestions such as appropriately increasing the proportion of cost subsidies for the pilot construction of universal telecommunications service in forest areas. Nowadays, the coverage rate of public network communication in key state-owned forest areas in Daxing ‘anling has increased from 10% to 50%, and forestry workers basically don’t have to "run all over the mountain to search for a network signal".

Robert kuhn, chairman of the American Kuhn Foundation, commented that Chinese-style democracy is not a castle in the air, but includes various feedback and interaction mechanisms, especially people’s congresses at all levels, whose main goal is to ensure a good life for all people. Tan Zheli, a senior researcher at the Mbeki Institute of African Leadership of the University of South Africa, believes that the whole process of people’s democracy in China "aims at serving the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people and bringing tangible benefits to the people".

Yi Si, chairman of the Royal Institute of East-West Strategy, was a special member of the Changchun CPPCC and a consultant of the Shanghai CPPCC. He personally participated in the practice of Chinese-style democracy and is currently writing a book on democracy in China. He learned that CPPCC members come from all walks of life, and most of the proposals are "very practical and grounded." In his view, "the Communist Party of China (CPC) attaches importance to the differences in conditions, customs and practices between the eastern and western parts of China and between urban and rural areas, and has made great efforts in balancing representation. Democracy in China is worth learning from. "

Martinez, a British social activist, believes that in China’s democratic system, people enjoy democratic rights at all social levels, not just during the election period. The elected deputies can hear the opinions, needs and expectations of the broad masses. "After the COVID-19 epidemic, China has made prevention and control of the epidemic, protection of the health and safety of the general public, and protection of people’s lives a priority. This is people’s democracy, and this is socialist democracy."

The whole process of people’s democracy is the most real democracy.

From "small courtyard chamber" to "house forum", from offline "round table" to online "discussion group", from NPC deputies insisting on asking for the needs of the people and asking for the people, to CPPCC members participating in grassroots consultations to solve urgent problems … … Complete institutional procedures and participation in practice make the whole process of people’s democracy change from value concept to institutional form, governance mechanism and people’s lifestyle rooted in China. China develops people’s democracy in the whole process based on its national conditions, which not only has distinctive China characteristics, but also reflects the common pursuit of democracy by all mankind. It not only promoted the development of our country and national rejuvenation, but also enriched the form of human political civilization.

"China’s unique road to modernization and development shows that every country and its people have their own unique insights, strength and imagination, and can explore and use their own history and reality to establish a system and promote the national development process." Charles Onunaiju, director of the China Research Center in Nigeria, said in an article published in Nigeria’s Blueprint.

Yu Deshuo, deputy mayor of Bath, England, who has conducted extensive research in rural areas of China, attended the democratic forum in Wenling, Zhejiang. The villagers sat around the big tree with small benches, and the scene of speaking freely about the development of the village impressed him deeply. "The participation of the people is related to the degree of democracy and affects the expression of decision-making will. In this sense, China’s whole process of people’s democracy has richer and deeper connotations. "

Kuhn believes that China strives to improve the living standards of all its people, which involves reform, rule of law, public participation, human rights protection and other aspects. "More than 1.4 billion people in China have truly become masters of their own affairs and explored new paths for the development of human democracy. This is China’s great contribution to human political civilization."

The whole process of people’s democracy broke the hegemony of western democratic discourse. Martin jacques, a British scholar, believes that in the eyes of western countries, democracy originated from western polity and will gradually expand into a universal system for all mankind. This view lacks historical common sense and does not respect cultural differences. "Western countries account for less than 15% of the global population, but they think that their own systems should be accepted by all mankind, and all regimes that do not conform to the Western system are incorrect. Successful governance is not to copy the system and rules of one country to other countries, especially when the national conditions of the two countries are completely different. Democracy means respecting a country’s cultural traditions and allowing the country’s governance model to bear fruit in its own environment. "

Whether a country in the international community is democratic or not should be judged by the international community together, not by a few self-righteous countries. "The rich and diverse civilizations in the world are full of vitality, and the rich diversity of civilizations, especially political civilizations, means that there is no single model of democracy that can be mass-produced." Jin Ping, director of the Institute of International Relations of the Royal Cambodian Academy of Sciences, believes that only by respecting the diversity of civilizations and enhancing inclusiveness can we promote and consolidate regional and even global peace and harmony, and promote the building of a community of human destiny in which no one is left behind.

People’s democracy is the most effective democracy in the whole process.

"The rule does not have to be the same, and it is expected to benefit the people." Democracy is not an ornament, not for decoration, but for solving problems that people need to solve. In the final analysis, the evaluation of a form of democracy depends on whether it can make the people live a good life.

Jonny miller, Executive Chairman of the US-China Cooperation Foundation — White once wrote that China has successfully practiced the whole process of people’s democracy, a unique form of democracy, and proved to the world that Socialism with Chinese characteristics’s democratic system can create enormous economic and social benefits for all people.

In the decade of the new era, China has completed the historical task of getting rid of poverty and building a well-off society in an all-round way, and the cause of the party and the state has made historic achievements and changes, pushing forward a new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way. These achievements fully show that the continuous enrichment and development of people’s democracy in China can stimulate the infinite initiative and creativity of the people of China and promote the all-round promotion and progress of Chinese modernization.

Ma Yijun, a senior researcher at the Globalization Think Tank, believes that the true meaning of democracy is to serve the people, and China’s democracy is well deserved. "The China government has responded to the people’s call and made efforts to improve people’s lives and livelihoods. Before legislation, China will announce the draft law to the public and solicit opinions. This is a big example. "

Chinese modernization is a comprehensive and free development modernization, and it is a five-in-one modernization of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction and ecological civilization construction. Among them, the fundamental task of political construction is to continuously develop socialist democratic politics, continuously build high-quality Chinese-style democracy, and constantly ensure that people’s rights as masters of their own affairs are implemented.

In Yi Si’s view, the practice of Chinese-style democracy can solve practical problems. "This is achieved through consultation at every level of the administrative department in a wide range of society and full discussion within the party."

The people’s congress system in China embodies the superiority of the socialist system. While ensuring that the party and the state can hear the voices of the people in all aspects of decision-making, implementation and supervision, it also ensures that the decision-making is far-sighted and can be implemented efficiently. Martin jacques believes that only a very confident political party with a solid mass base can successfully make long-term policy adjustments when necessary.

Igor Maximtsev, president of St. Petersburg State University of Economics, believes that the whole process of people’s democracy in China adheres to the people-centered, conforms to China’s national conditions and reality, and contributes China’s wisdom to human political civilization. Countries should respect each other’s democratic model, strengthen exchanges and mutual learning, and jointly promote the continuous development of human civilization.

The Communist Party of China (CPC) insisted on coming from the masses and going to the masses, was good at constantly summing up the wisdom and experience of the people, and concretely and realistically reflected the people being the masters of the country in the policies and measures of the party’s governance, so that the party’s theory and decision-making have the source of practice and keep the vitality of innovation.

Onunaiju said that China’s modernization process does not directly copy the experience of other countries in the world. On the contrary, it absorbs foreign experience on the basis of its own national conditions, combines it organically, and has been tested by practice. The national consensus formed in consultation and cooperation integrates all different viewpoints and visions into the macro road map of national development, and condenses the consensus and will of the whole society.

China’s concept of democracy comes from the fertile soil of Chinese modernization in practice, which will be enriched and developed with the advancement of Chinese modernization, and will contribute more China wisdom to the progress of human political civilization.

The comprehensive strength of the new generation of high-value players has surpassed the popular competing products.

When young people become the mainstream of the auto market, young and fashionable people have become one of the most competitive in China. For this reason, major brands have also come up with housekeeping skills to attract picky consumers in this market. Among them, the most representative is Changan CS series, which ranks in the forefront of SUV sales all the year round, and its CS35PLUS is highly sought after by young people. However, with the outbreak of the domestic market like mushrooms after rain, some models with better quality and higher cost performance are also pouring in. For example, Hyun Jie Pro from Kaiyi, although not listed as early as CS35PLUS, has quickly won the attention of a group of young people with its many hard-core strengths. Then, compared with this battlefield veteran, what will be the performance of Xuanjie Pro as a rising star?

On the basis of absorbing the advantages of Hyun Jie, the new car has been fully upgraded in terms of design, interior quality and intelligent technology, and has been replaced with a 1.5T CVT gold power combination, so it has also been dubbed as the "all-round small steel gun", which has attracted the attention of the younger generation. Changan CS35PLUS is a battlefield veteran who has been listed for a long time, and has certain advantages in market share and user popularity. In the spirit of seeking truth from facts, this time we assembled these two models, and through the hard-hitting strength comparison, we will see who is stronger.

Design: Xuanjie Pro is young and fashionable, and CS35PLUS is dignified and calm.

In today’s era of looking at faces, high-value appearance has become an indispensable requirement for most people to buy cars. If you want to break through the tight encirclement and win attention, it is essential to have a good-looking design. Xuanjie Pro and Changan CS35PLUS are both located in the young urban consumer groups, so there is no need to worry about the design. Both of them are designed with relatively high value, which basically conforms to the aesthetics of the public, but their styles are different.

From the design point of view, these two cars belong to the representatives of high value of their own brands, and the design incorporates many popular elements, such as large mouth air intake grille, suspended roof, through LED taillights, bilateral exhaust layout, etc., but the design style is obviously different. Among them, Changan CS35PLUS is obviously familial, with the shadow of other CS series models, generous front and high visual center of gravity, which also makes it look more calm and dignified; However, Xuanjie Pro is refreshing in both appearance and details, and its visual effect is much more exquisite than Changan CS35PLUS. Although the overall value of the former is not low, it is obvious that Xuanjie Pro is a fashionable and dynamic style in the face of younger consumer groups.

Technology configuration: the intelligent technology is rich and complete, and the dazzling Pro is more cost-effective.

Coming into the car, the two models have different styles in design. In comparison, the design of Xuanjie Pro is more textured. Whether it is the outline of simple lines or the collocation of two-color leather materials, it creates more simplicity and luxury. Changan CS35PLUS is more popular. Fortunately, the addition of a large-size LCD screen has also improved the overall sense of science and technology of the interior.

In-car configuration has always been the strength of self-owned brand models, and these two cars are no exception, and they can all be given a very rich list of configurations, especially those that reflect intelligent technology, such as full LCD dashboard, high-definition central control touch screen, on-board intelligent interconnection system, language interaction system, mobile phone remote control, lane departure warning, 360 panoramic image, cruise control, steep slope descent and so on. The difference between the two lies in the convenient configuration. The front row of Hyun Jie Pro is equipped with two USB charging interfaces, and the front row of mobile phone is wirelessly charged. The front row of Changan CS35PLUS is only equipped with one USB charging interface. In today’s era when electronic products are inseparable, it is obvious that the performance of Hyun Jie Pro is more humanized. In addition, considering that the overall price range of Changan CS35PLUS is higher and the configuration is not comprehensive enough, its intelligent technology configuration is complete, but it is basically concentrated on high-end models. Therefore, if it is specific to models, it belongs to Xuanjie Pro. The technology configuration is richer and the cost performance is higher.

Comfortable space: the body size has its own advantages, and the interior space of Xuanjie Pro is even better.

The body size greatly affects the space performance in the car, and there are some differences between the two models in terms of body size. The length, width and height of Xuanjie Pro are 4400/1831/1653mm and the wheelbase is 2632mm; respectively. Changan CS35PLUS has a length, width and height of 4330/1825/1660mm and a wheelbase of 2600 mm. Although its height is slightly higher than that of Hyun Jie Pro, its length, width and wheelbase are shorter than that of Hyun Jie Pro, and theoretically its internal space is smaller.

Changan CS series models have always been famous for their large space, but compared with Hyun Jie Pro, it seems to be somewhat insufficient. According to the measured comparison of the same model, it can be seen that Hyun Jie Pro is even worse than Changan CS35PLUS in both horizontal and vertical space, which is mainly due to its advantages in body size and wheelbase, making Hyun Jie Pro’s internal seating space among the best in the whole model with the same price.

Dynamic performance: Changan CS35PLUS has strong power, and the driving quality of Xuanjie Pro is more advanced.

In terms of power, Xuanjie Pro is equipped with a 1.5T engine, which matches the CVT continuously variable gearbox. The maximum power of the engine is 156 HP and the maximum torque is 230 Nm. Changan CS35PLUS is equipped with a 1.4T engine with a maximum power of 160 HP and a peak torque of 260 Nm, matching a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox.

Both cars are equipped with turbocharged engines, and the power is strong. The Blue Whale 1.4T engine equipped with Changan CS35PLUS has a slight advantage in data, but at the same time, it is also matched with a dual-clutch gearbox, which has an obvious sense of frustration at the beginning, which will directly affect the normal driving comfort. The Xuanjie Pro is matched with CVT continuously variable gearbox. Whether it is starting or accelerating in the middle and late stages, its power output is very smooth, and the driving comfort of the whole vehicle is also higher. At the same time, Xuanjie PRO has a maximum power of 156 HP and a peak torque of 230 Nm, which can still give a strong driving experience in daily life, not to mention a more radical sports driving mode. Therefore, the dynamic advantages of Xuanjie Pro are more obvious.

Full text summary:For young consumers, in the highly competitive SUV market, simply launching high-value products can not immediately trigger their desire to buy, and they can win their favor only after they have rich intelligent technology configuration, practical comfortable space experience and strong linear dynamic quality. Through the above comparison, it is not difficult to see that as a latecomer, Kaiyi Xuanjie Pro is not afraid of a number of popular competing products at the same level, and even has the hard-core advantages in the above aspects, although its user popularity and market share are not as good as Changan CS35PLUS, but its comprehensive strength is stronger.

Tesla launches "FSD V12.3" beta push.

[car home Information] Recently, according to overseas media reports, Tesla has started to deploy its software update to promote the latest FSD V12.3 beta version, which was integrated into the software update on April 30.25, 2023. Tesla CEO elon musk bluntly said: "This is a major release, and it can be said that it should be called V13."

Home of the car

It is reported that this release is limited to specific user groups. Tesla explained: "FSD Beta V12 upgraded the city street driving stack to an end-to-end neural network trained on millions of video clips, replacing more than 300,000 lines of explicit C++ code." This means that the automobile control logic has been handled by neural network, rather than the code written by programmers. According to the feedback from users who participated in the FSD Beta V12 test in North America, compared with V11, the intervention times of V12 version will be reduced by more than 100 times. However, Tesla FSD is still a Beta version.

Since its first launch on October 20, 2020, FSD has only been available in Beta in North America. Tesla released new software updates through beta to verify its latest autonomous driving technology and improve performance. At present, the system can’t realize full automatic driving, and it needs the supervision of the driver.

Last November, it was reported that Tesla FSD Beta was about to enter China. Tesla China official website updated the owner’s manual of China with FSD Beta, which indicates that FSD will soon land in China. Taking the new model (|) as an example, it costs 64,000 yuan to install FSD. After installation, it can realize the functions of recognizing and responding to traffic lights and stop signs, and automatically assisting driving in urban streets.

Tesla has made a lot of preparations before landing in FSD in China. In 2021, a data center was established in Shanghai. All data generated by China business, including production data, sales data, service data and charging data, are completely stored in China to meet regulatory requirements. In addition, Tesla set up an FSD operation team and a data labeling team in Shanghai, and sent engineers from this department to do training. However, Tesla China once responded to the domestic media that "it is really in progress at present". (Source: teslanorth, notateslaapp;; Compile/car home Li Na)

Tao Body’s "11" premiered in Beijing: "The lower body is limited, and the upper body improvises"

From August 24th to 26th, tao dance theater’s "Digital Series" modern dance "11" held its world premiere at Beijing National Grand Theatre. Tao’s "digital series" works of body always regard the movement characteristics of body as an important channel for artistic exploration, and then release vitality in the repetitive and restrictive movement of body, and refine a unique aesthetic presentation and training system. How to move? Why are you moving? Spirit and flesh generate speculation in the dynamic law.

The work "11" is the 11th work in the "Digital Series", which is the latest and the longest performance. It lasted 62 minutes on-site observation by The Paper reporters. It is reasonable to say that it is a great challenge for Tao’s body to move for more than 30 minutes-this time, the choreographer Tao Ye tried to break through this limit through paragraph promotion and improvisation.

The performance at the National Grand Theatre is divided into the first half and the second half. In the first half, five dancers from tao dance theater performed the work "5", which was premiered at the July Dance Festival in capital theatre, Amsterdam in 2013. On the stage, the five dancers kept connected with each other from beginning to end, never separated but integrated, and like a knot, they performed endless deformation and progress with continuous support movement. Tao Ye, a choreographer, once explained, "This is a work that expresses people’s understanding and feelings about things."

In the second half of the performance, the style of painting changed suddenly. Perhaps to show the difference from the previous choreography paradigm of "Counting for Series", driven by the strong electronic music rhythm, 11 dancers lined up vertically, mumbling the beat, and uniformly "swept" across the stage, while the upper body showed different dances-this is precisely the characteristic of the work "11". This time, the dancers were set a real-time and common rule of restriction and opening up: lower body limit, lower body limit, Each dancer goes back and forth in her own independent path. The space of their hipbone rotation, the orientation of their knees and every step of their feet are fixed, while the shoulders, elbows, wrists, trunk spine and head of their upper bodies are free to stretch and dance at random. In this sense, every stage presentation of "11" is unique and unique.

If the number "11" is visually two "1s" in parallel, giving people the impression that it is extremely hard and independent, this time, the work "11" is undoubtedly more direct and sharp. The previous digital series is a kind of development and progression in a cycle of repetition. This time, the choreography edifies the works, pushing each paragraph to their respective ends, either accelerating, static, intense or gentle, and then making them meet again, just like the disorder and irregularity of the world. When the dancer’s lower body movements are completely limited, while the upper body is improvised by the dancer according to each current feeling. In this way, 11 dancers seem to talk in reason and sensibility: 11 dance segments are independent of each other, which can be combined, disrupted and reorganized. When the order exits, the stage is left unknown and presents infinite possibilities.

At the end of the performance, the dancers still stood in a row vertically, and returned the stage to the dark field in a uniform way … When the lights came on again, Tao Ye stepped onto the stage and saluted his partners. Everyone is still bowing in a unique style: holding their chests, bowing their heads, bending over, and dropping their hands to the ground … from heaven to the ground, with a heavy curtain call.

"Improvisation is not casual" Freedom is more brain-burning.

Twelve years after its founding (tao dance theater was founded in 2008), when the world talked about modern dance in China, Tao Body had already become an unavoidable name. This is not only because Tao Ye is determined to explore the pure body, but also because he insists on integrating the philosophical thinking and implication of oriental culture into choreography and presentation. For the work "5", it is the musician Xiaohe who integrates the five elements of Jin Mu’s fire, water and earth into his creation, from cosmic sound to secret mantra, from baroque to neoclassical, just like a visual symphony, and makes a contrast between change and unchanging.

"11" live photo. Photography ocean

When it comes to the idea of "11", Tao Ye explained, "The number 11 is a palindrome for me. It corresponds and opposes, it is not in harmony, but also in contrast, with the beauty of symmetry and the truth of speculation. The number 11 is particularly direct to me, without giving an absolute answer. It provides me with a contradictory and harmonious idea to form a work, and I hope to connect and reach everyone’s deeper inner feelings through this work. "

How to form works by improvisation is a world problem and a challenge that Tao Ye has always wanted to try. He didn’t mince words, "I hated improvisation at first." But now, he began to realize that improvisation is the same as our life. "Everyone, every day, every moment, is improvising." Every behavior, every sentence, every feeling also comes from the improvisation of the moment. " He began to realize that in this era, there may be opportunities to merge the classic and experimental uncertainties with each other. As Tao Ye said, "Improvisation is not casual". What he wants is limited physical freedom.

For "11", the discussion within the dance troupe is unprecedented "warm". Some people think that once hard works are being dismantled by artists themselves, and some people seem to see the vibrant dense jungle, and the works are full of vitality as always; Some people ask "Improvisation under restrictions is not improvisation", while others answer "All improvisation is not improvisation"; Some people have found new surprises in free exploration, others are used to the structure and are trying to break through the singularity. Some people also think of themselves alone in the crowd on the difficult road of life.

"11" has 11 dances, including solo dance, duet dance, trio dance and different group dances. As a solo dancer, Yan Yulin is full of expectations, but she can’t help complaining that "she has to have two heads". One is racking her brains to think about how to be different, and the other is keeping up with the slow pace. Stand neatly in a row on your legs, but try your best to grow differences on your upper body. Dancers have said that they are experiencing division and integration from top to bottom, from left to right, and from inside to outside, and their movements are considered to be brain cramps. It turns out that the quest for freedom has never been that simple.

"Come to an impromptu exploration" into the electronic music and fashion of the theater

Or edify the final word, "Improvisation is not just a concept, it can be concentration, listening, dialogue, courage, collaboration, creation, imagination … and yourself. Although every day will not be repeated, through impromptu exploration, every second can be reborn. Improvisation is as old as human civilization and is the innate ability of human beings. " He believes that everyone, "this time, both dancers and audiences are participating in this work in their own way."

Whether dancing or life, every moment is full of unknowns and improvisations. It not only challenges the dancers, but also expands the imagination for the audience. How do personalities and groups get along? Are freedom and rules either one or the other? On the stage, this is the challenge that choreographers and dancers have to face. Off the stage, isn’t this the answer sheet that everyone has to fill out?

Tao Ye was with a group of dancers before the performance of "11". Photography fanxi

As a partner of Taoye for ten years, Xiaohe once again served as the composer of the new work. The first collaboration between them was to use electronic music in the work "2". Ten years later, they restarted the creation of electronic music because of "11". Yun Gong, human voice, Ruan and symphony, in every cooperation, both of them are exploring different sounds and expanding the boundaries of music. Talking about the music of "11", Tao Ye said that "electronic music is the beginning of my cooperation with Xiaohe, and this 11 pieces of electronic music will be a subversive start again".

This year, Duan Ni and Tao Ye founded their own clothing brand DNTY, which has a more professional team and support in the design and production of clothing. The costume creation of "11" releases more freedom for the body. The spacious and relaxed design makes 11 dancers move like the wind, and Duan Ni also blends the trajectory of body movement with the black and white clothing in the form of images, adding instantaneous flow and complicated visual sense to the stage.

Rehearsal photos of tao dance theater’s digital series "11". Photography Duan ni

"DNTY four letters don’t have much imagination, which is the initials of surname Pinyin of Duan Ni and Tao Ye. We constitute the genes of this brand. It can also be called DT for short, which symbolizes the TAO of Detail. Clothing and our dancing have something in common. Dancing is a microscopic detail, which is endless and endless in bone transmission. The same is true of clothing. It is not a still life hanging on the wall, but follows the body and keeps talking with your behavior and living habits. " Tao Ye said.

Speeding up intelligent upgrading and alleviating the pressure of returning to work in construction sites

abstract:

The orderly return to work of more than 50 million migrant workers in the construction industry is related to the overall situation of economic and social stability. China Economic Information Agency, china construction news Agency and china association for labour studies recently conducted a joint survey on local government departments, construction enterprises and construction workers. The results show that at present, the rate of major projects in various places is relatively high, and the support policies and related guarantees are relatively adequate. However, most non-major projects still face outstanding problems such as low rate of workers returning to work, poor accommodation conditions on the site and rising prices of building materials, which greatly restricts the resumption of work and production. Since the first quarter is not the peak season of construction industry, many interviewed enterprises said that if the orderly resumption of work and production is realized as soon as possible, it is expected that the construction gap in the first quarter will be made up in the last three quarters.

Experts believe that the working environment of construction sites is low in standardization, the mobility of construction workers is high, the degree of professionalism is low, the level of standardized management is low, and there are big shortcomings in emergency response capacity. It is suggested that all localities should comprehensively consider and make precise policies on personnel prevention and control, transportation of epidemic prevention materials and building materials, and realistically adjust the corresponding charging standards in the cost quota for the shortage of labor and the increase of labor costs, so as to reduce the burden for enterprises reasonably and legally, and avoid enterprises from making subtraction on the project quality to make up for the losses under the dual pressure of labor shortage and time limit.

At this stage, we should accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional construction methods, vigorously promote prefabricated buildings and industrialized construction methods, take this epidemic as an opportunity to build an online employment information platform, and formulate relevant professional skills standards and evaluation norms for construction workers. The professionalization of construction workers can solve the problems of high turnover rate, high mobility and low sense of gain in the construction industry to some extent.

First, the construction site is facing multiple unfavorable factors.

In order to ensure the normal operation of the economy, all localities attach great importance to epidemic prevention work and actively guide construction sites to resume work in an orderly manner. However, due to multiple unfavorable factors, the resumption rate of projects under construction in many places is not high, the construction period is generally delayed, the payment of construction enterprises is not timely, and some enterprises even face the risk of capital chain breakage.

(1)The progress of resumption of construction in many places is slow.

According to the investigation, construction enterprises play a major role in the prevention and control of epidemic situation on site, and local governments are also continuously strengthening the guidance and supervision of epidemic prevention work on site and giving policy support to enterprises.

With the promotion of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and other local government departments, as of March 8, 111,900 of the 192,500 housing construction and municipal infrastructure projects in China have resumed work, with a resumption rate of 58.15%.

Compared with previous years, the downtime of this construction site has been significantly prolonged, and the project period has been generally delayed. Xinhua News Agency economic analysts believe that the slow progress of resumption of work will lead to delays in the construction period, project breach, pressure on construction enterprises, and the longer the shutdown time, the greater the adverse impact on enterprises and industries.

(1)The delay in construction period leads to a substantial increase in project cost.

According to industry insiders, the delay in the construction period will lead to the project not being delivered as scheduled, and the construction unit needs to pay liquidated damages to the construction unit according to the number of days of delay. The liquidated damages of individual projects are as high as tens of thousands of yuan per day, which directly leads to a substantial increase in the project cost.

There are two kinds of delays. First, the local government of the project explicitly requested to postpone the resumption of work, which led to the delay of the construction period. In this case, if the losses and expenses caused by epidemic prevention and control increase, the relevant clauses of force majeure in the contract shall apply, and the liquidated damages may be exempted if the delay is within the specified time. Affected by the epidemic situation, the possible price fluctuation of labor, materials, equipment and machinery shall be jointly borne by the contracting parties according to the actual situation of the project.

Second, there is no mandatory requirement to postpone the resumption of work at the location of the project, but the labor or materials needed for the project are suspended, which indirectly affects the resumption of work. In this case, although according to the provisions of the contract law, the epidemic constitutes force majeure, and the construction unit has the right to waive its liability for breach of contract by claiming to postpone the construction period, it needs to be within a certain range, and the procedure is complicated and takes a long time. As a result, most construction units still have to pay a lot of liquidated damages.

According to Shanghai Jianling Chengda Law Firm, it is necessary to prove the existence of force majeure, the causal relationship between force majeure and the delay of the construction period, and the rationality of applying for the extension of the number of days. Considering the discretion of local courts and different judgment tendencies, the construction period that the contractor can claim to postpone can only be listed to the greatest extent, and it is uncertain whether the construction period can be fully supported by the employer or the referee.

In addition, even if we resume work as scheduled, the investigation and disinfection of epidemic situation at the construction site, the purchase of medical protective equipment, the isolation and disposal of suspected infected personnel, the shortage of labor and materials and the rising cost will push up the project cost. It is understood that most construction engineering materials implement information price, and the current market price has risen sharply. Once the information price adjustment is too low or lagging behind, it will lead to the inversion of information price and material purchase price, resulting in a large number of engineering losses.

(2)Some enterprises are facing the risk of capital chain breakage.,Migrant workers face the risk of unpaid wages.

Some construction enterprises are facing the risk of capital chain breakage, such as shrinking contract output value, idle materials, rising labor costs and untimely payment due to delayed resumption of work. Pay attention to the risk of wage arrears faced by migrant workers after returning to work.

Affected by the epidemic, enterprises were unable to participate in market bidding, and the contract output value shrank. Many expenses, such as damage (repair) expenses of materials and engineering equipment that have been transported to the construction site, rental expenses of engineering machinery and equipment, office rental expenses, wages of managers and left-behind workers that must be paid, and safety maintenance expenses on the construction site, have caused enterprises to face a lot of losses. The suspension and extension of the construction period lead to the failure of enterprises to recover the project funds on schedule, which makes the cash flow of enterprises more tense and the financial expenses increase. Some private construction enterprises’ funds can’t operate normally, and they are in danger of breaking the capital chain. Affected by this, migrant workers face the risk of unpaid wages, and it is more difficult to recover the previously owed wages.

Two or four problems restrict the construction site from returning to work.

On the whole, housing and urban-rural construction departments, construction enterprises and construction units all over the country have invested a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources to carry out site resumption and on-site epidemic prevention work, but at present, site resumption still faces problems such as shortage of workers, insufficient prevention and control materials and rising prices of building materials.

(A) the shortage of construction workers, it is difficult to recruit workers and it is difficult to return to work.

Fan Jun, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Beijing Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., said that in recent years, industries such as express delivery have become more attractive to young laborers, and the difficulty in recruiting workers in the construction industry has become increasingly prominent due to problems such as high work intensity, low remuneration level and poor working environment. During this period, affected by the epidemic, some workers were unable to return to Beijing, and some workers needed to be temporarily isolated after returning to Beijing, making it difficult for them to take up their posts for a short time, which led to a more severe situation of "employment difficulties" for enterprises.

Major cities in China are still at high risk and high risk level, and risk prevention and control is strict. Migrant workers need to be isolated for 14 days, and enterprises bear their own costs, which greatly limits the return of workers.

(2)The accommodation conditions on the construction site are difficult to meet the standards, and the construction unit dare not take risks.

Many people in the industry reported that some local governments funded workers to return to work, which eased the pressure on enterprises to some extent. However, after workers reworked, most of them lived in collective dormitories, and the accommodation problem during the 14-day isolation period was difficult to solve.

"Who is the salary during the isolation period after the workers return to Tianjin? Where to isolate? How do workers eat and stay alone? According to the characteristics of site construction, most small and medium-sized enterprises are difficult to do. " Qin Jianfa, chairman of Tianjin Wenling Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., said that once a confirmed case is found on the construction site after the resumption of work, it will immediately stop work and be handled as an accident. Developers and construction units dare not take risks, and everyone is generally cautious about resuming work, preferring to delay the construction period.

(3)Lack of epidemic prevention materials makes it difficult to put prevention and control measures in place.

In the survey, enterprises generally report that there is a big gap in protective materials such as masks, protective clothing and infrared thermometers, which is a common problem that restricts the construction site from returning to work.

The National Development and Reform Commission announced on March 2 that on February 29, the national daily production capacity of masks will reach 110 million, and the daily output will reach 116 million. According to the prediction of the Safety and Health Protection Articles Committee of China Textile Business Association, if the whole country resumes production, the daily demand for masks will reach 500 million. There is still a big gap between supply and demand of epidemic prevention materials.

In Xinxiang City, Henan Province, although there are many manufacturers of epidemic prevention materials, such as masks, which are the main concentration of protective materials manufacturers in Henan Province, after the enterprises fully resume work, the number of employees of industrial enterprises above designated size is about 300,000, and the demand for masks is about 600,000 per day, so the output cannot fully meet the demand.

(4)Unbalanced supply and demand of building materials increases construction cost.

Economic operation is a complete industrial chain cycle. If any link is blocked, upstream and downstream enterprises can’t operate normally. At present, the levels of epidemic prevention and control are different across the country, the conditions of enterprises are different, and the progress of resuming work and production is also different.

According to the investigation, the imbalance between supply and demand of building materials is widespread, and raw materials such as steel bars, cement, sand and gravel are in short supply and prices are rising in some areas. Chen Guoqing, full-time vice president of China National Building Materials Federation, said that it is estimated that the output of cement above designated size will drop by 49% in January and February this year, and the output of commercial concrete, cement concrete products, technical glass, ceramic tiles, building stones and other products will drop by more than 30% compared with the same period of last year.

According to Zhou Xin, deputy chief engineer of Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou Southern Expressway, during the epidemic, sand mining and quarrying companies in Jiangxi and Chongqing stopped production, and building materials could not be put in place for a long time. At present, the upstream production capacity is gradually recovering.

Third, speed up the intelligent upgrade to ease the pressure of returning to work on construction sites

Experts pointed out that the working environment of construction sites is low in standardization, the mobility of construction workers is high, the degree of professionalism is low, the level of standardized management is low, and there are big shortcomings in emergency response capacity. All localities should make overall arrangements and precise policies, reasonably and legally reduce the burden on enterprises, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional construction methods, vigorously promote prefabricated buildings and new industrialized construction methods, and take the epidemic as an opportunity to build an online employment information platform and formulate relevant professional skills standards and evaluation norms for construction workers.

One isAdjust the corresponding charging standards in the cost quota realistically, so as to avoid enterprises from making subtraction in the project quality to make up for the losses under the double pressure of labor shortage and time limit.

For the increase of epidemic prevention cost, labor cost and raw material cost after the resumption of work, government departments should adjust the corresponding charging standards in the cost quota realistically, reduce the burden for enterprises reasonably and legally, and guide all participants to supplement the agreement according to the actual situation, jointly safeguard a fair and orderly market environment and ensure good project quality.

Hunan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has clearly stipulated that a supplementary agreement can be signed according to the provisions for the changes in project price caused by epidemic prevention measures, changes in labor wages and material prices, and the expenses will be confirmed by the visas of both contracting parties and adjusted according to the actual situation.

During the epidemic period, construction enterprises are under great financial pressure, and the wage deposit for migrant workers can be appropriately reduced or exempted. At present, Chongqing has implemented the policy of reducing and exempting migrant workers’ wage deposits, with 50% reduction for construction units and general contracting enterprises that have not defaulted in Chongqing in the previous year, 60% reduction for two consecutive years, and exemption from migrant workers’ wage deposits for three consecutive years.

Regarding the risk of wage arrears faced by migrant workers, it is suggested that local people’s organizations, development and reform departments and other departments rely on the information platform to sort out and collect relevant information on wage payment of migrant workers, and regularly publish "credibility index for Wage Payment of Migrant Workers" and "Red and Black List of Enterprises"; For enterprises that fail to pay back their wages, we can increase the warning and punishment by means of informed criticism and credit evaluation deduction, so as to promote the formation of a social atmosphere in which they dare not, cannot and do not want to pay back their wages.

In addition, the corresponding local management agencies should take the initiative to strengthen the monitoring of labor and material prices of construction projects and the cost of epidemic prevention and control measures during the epidemic prevention and control period, timely and accurately release and adjust the cost information of various construction projects, and provide a basis for both contracting parties to reasonably determine the project price.

The second is to speed up the transformation of traditional construction methods and vigorously promote prefabricated buildings; Improve the intelligence level of the whole industry and ensure the smooth flow of information and logistics.

Under the epidemic situation, the advantage of factory production of prefabricated buildings is less than that of traditional construction sites, and it is easier to achieve factory resumption than site resumption. The industry believes that the epidemic has had an impact on the construction industry, but it is also an opportunity for industry transformation.

In the future, prefabricated construction enterprises will be divided into two development models. One is a comprehensive large-scale industrial group, which manages the whole process of construction projects from planning to construction to final operation and maintenance; The other is a "specialized", "refined" and "sophisticated" professional enterprise, which is excellent, refined and specialized in a certain field and forms standardized and universal products under the condition of marketization.

Fan Jun believes that the potential of prefabricated construction projects in saving labor has not been fully exerted, mainly because the construction technology is not mature enough, the industrial workers are insufficient, and the quality and supply capacity of prefabricated components still need to be improved. "Therefore, at this stage, the government needs to continue to introduce preferential policies and incentives to promote the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings."

Yuan Zhenggang, president of Guanglianda Technology Co., Ltd. suggested that construction enterprises should actively use digital technologies such as cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, and adopt more online coordination methods to organize production to ensure the smooth flow of information and logistics. In the information flow part, it is necessary to improve the collaborative business management system and realize the integration of project and enterprise management; In the logistics part, enterprises can establish their own centralized procurement platform by improving the supply chain, and grasp the trends of supplier’s product processing and transportation in real time through other information technologies, so as to effectively ensure smooth logistics on the basis of full and effective linkage with suppliers.

The third is to deepen the reform of the labor employment system, build an online employment information platform, establish a construction worker training system and a vocational skill appraisal system, and effectively solve the labor shortage problem.

The insiders believe that the construction unit can be guided to train its own construction workers, mainly special jobs and high-skilled construction workers, as the technical backbone to undertake the work of shift or supervision on the construction site; Encourage construction enterprises to establish their own assembled professional workers and improve the professional construction ability and level of assembled buildings. Large and medium-sized labor service enterprises can make full use of their own advantages to build an online labor service platform and provide qualified construction workers for construction enterprises. Small and micro labor service enterprises should transform and develop into professional operation enterprises and do specialized professional operations.

Xinhua News Agency economic analysts believe that the professionalization of construction workers can solve the problems of high turnover rate, high mobility and low sense of acquisition in the construction industry to some extent. Large and medium-sized general contracting enterprises with conditions can establish training and assessment institutions for skilled personnel, and independently carry out training, assessment and certification of enterprise workers. Government departments should guide construction enterprises to carry out pre-job training and skills upgrading training by strengthening school-enterprise cooperation, new apprenticeship and other forms, and establish a skill-oriented incentive mechanism. Enterprises and government departments should jointly do a good job in the formulation of relevant professional skills standards and evaluation norms for construction workers, and promote the professional appraisal of construction workers in accordance with the occupational types specified in the national vocational qualification catalogue.
